  I had a very frustrating experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. I was incorrectly charged for returning my vehicle two days late, even though I returned it on time. After bringing this to their attention, they acknowledged the mistake and processed a refund—but I was told it would take over a week to receive the money back. That delay created a real issue, as those funds had already been allocated toward other bills. Communication was also a problem. I was told multiple times that they had attempted to call me, but I never received any calls or voicemails. When I questioned this, no phone records could be provided to support that claim. During one phone conversation, I was also hung up on when I expressed concern that the situation hadn’t been properly resolved. I later went in person to speak with a supervisor, but ended up dealing with the same branch manager involved in the original issue, and the concerns remained unresolved. I chose this location based on its strong online ratings, which makes the experience even more disappointing. I would recommend others proceed with caution and closely review their charges.

  When got the rental the employee told me and took a photo of the gas in the tank, which was a little more than half full. Once I brought it back at slightly over half tank, I found out that he notated the tank as full and did not upload the picture he took. So the employee decided to lie in order to capture more money. Dishonest and fraudulent business practice…

  I rated a car from this location and at first what started as an awful experience, Jordan made the experience awesome. He took over my pick up and was nothing but professional and did everything possible to make sure my experience was great. I thank him so much. Even in drop off he was awesome. If he is not a manager he needs to be promoted to one.
