  They didn't have the car that I was supposed to have and I had to wait for them to clean a vehicle that another customer brought back. Then they didn't even give me the car with half a tank of gus. They're very unprofessional.

  Over the past two months, I’ve rented cars from this location about 5-6 times. Each time I’ve rented from them, the team has been very professional and friendly. They’ve provided excellent customer service every time I’ve been there, and they make it very easy to rent a car while other places don’t. I’ll continue to come to Enterprise, specifically this location, for all of my rentals. Jordan and his team are a great group, and I would recommend this location to anyone.

  I had a reservation via a link from a family member who works for Enterprise. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, the employees were not friendly. At all. They were complaining about who was going to answer the phone that was continuously ringing. As an employee went to the adjoining office to answer the phone, the other two employees were bad mouthing him. In front of me, the customer. The vehicle I requested wasn’t there so they upgraded me, which was good. As we walked to the vehicle, I inspected it as always. We got in the vehicle and the employee asked me to buy damage waiver. I declined and she asked me if I knew what it covered and I said yes. She then asked why I want purchasing it. I told her why, and she asked me if I was going to buy their gas and I told her no. She asked me why because theirs was much cheaper and I said I would buy my own gas. Then she hit me with the $300 deposit. I’ve never been charged that much. I said this was a reservation via a family member who was an employee and she said they pay that much as well. I didn’t have that much in my account, so i had to cancel the rental. She got out of the car and walked away without another word. Nothing. I’ve dealt with this company for over 25 years. I have an ex husband who works here and several friends and family. I’ve never been treated this badly. And certainly never charged $300 deposit. I won’t be back
