    Not the best experience with vehicle rental. Car felt like the wheel alignment was off on the rear right tire. Bit frightening when on the road traveling fast speed. I had to pull over to make sure everything was intact. Upon arrival oil change light kept appearing. Lastly, if customer wants to keep vehicle longer, the true cost of the rental should appear on the website instead of disclosing at the checkout counter.

    Watch and read agreement, if you return after hours they will tack on and extra day even when it’s just hours after, if you prepay for fuel but bring it back full then it’s just voluntarily paying an extra full tank of gas for them. I’m sure common sense for most.

    I had a great experience at this Enterprise location! My car needed to be fixed and Enterprise picked me up from the repair shop. They were prompt, worked with my insurance simply, and I received a car quickly. I had an issue with the rental - completely out of anyone's control - and Enterprise told me to bring it back in, and I had an upgraded vehicle quickly and was on my way (even on a busy holiday weekend!). I would use this location again for my Enterprise car rental needs!
