Completely disappointed in Enterprise generally. Have spent ten of thousands of dollars with them over the last 4-5 years or so. Rented with them back in late October/early November. The lady who helped me was actually quite nice and got me a car even though they were likely overbooked. Unfortunately, I would have rather not gotten a car as the Wagoneer I was given not only was under at least one recall, it had issues almost immediately. I had roadside and all other coverages so they sent someone to my home and got the battery back when it died for no real reason (known widespread problem, I learned after the fact). The technician advised I trade the car as it was likely to keep happening. Given it was the weekend I then had to spend my Saturday or Sunday (going off of memory as I have spent too many hours wasting my time already that I'm not going to bother checking. This is my last bit of energy spent towards this) driving to IAH as the location was closed, or had limited hours. That is 45-60 minutes each way with tolls they charged me for. Gas I had to pay for they never compensated. The car they gave me was a lesser tier than the one I had paid for. So after about a 4 hour ordeal, I had something to suffice and the gentleman at IAH told me they would keep the ticket open and someone would call to remedy the financials for tolls, gas, lesser tier rate vehicle, and insurance variation. That never happened. I waited a couple weeks, then tried to call them. No one answered. I have things to do so I waited and then forgot. Until I had to make a car rental in Florida. I did not make it with Enterprise because of this experience but I was reminded to reach out. They don't have a corporate general email for inquiries so I talked to someone via chat on main website. They claim to have escalated to management team. That was nearly 5 weeks ago. I have never heard from anyone. They literally owe me hundreds of dollars. This warning to others and a report to BBB is my only recourse.

Maybe it's the weekend crew, or maybe it's the branch and management. No call 24 hours prior to the reservation but proceeded to call me 30 minutes before my reservation to confirm that I needed a vehicle. Then I come in on time just for their representative to tell me it will take 30 minutes for my rental to come from another branch. You could've told me that when you called me 30 minutes before my reservation. Or maybe you could've thought ahead of time seeing that this branch opens at 0730. Sitting tight doesn't mean you inconvenience your customers. Their branch manager needs to work on training their rude employees, especially that woman.

I applied for my car on-line so that when I arrived a few days later, I only had a short wait before I was in my rental car and on my way down the road... The staff were all very friendly and professional and I was very pleased with the car that they assigned to me.
