  07/07/26 Dropped off our rental today, and my personal vehicles battery had died in the lot. Shout out to Amor and Turab, who both went above and beyond and grabbed some jumper cables and got me back on the road in minutes 🙌 Heros right there 💯 👍 Everytime we get a rental from this Enterprise location (which is pretty frequently), all of the staff are excellent and we are in and out in minutes, if you are in the Cypress area and need a rental, this is definitely the go-to spot!

  I don't recall the rep but she was amazing in spirit of service and speed of delivering the service. I am so very glad to have chosen this location. She was also who I returned the care to. Although I couldn't get the lux I booked online, and the price was similar for the fuel efficient. Service makes all the difference, and I was glad not to have to make fueling stops with the hybrid, I think I would choose this car again.

  The employees were personable and willing to go above and beyond for me and the other customers there. I came in feeling down and like my back was against the wall, but they truly lifted my spirits with their amazing customer service. Ms. Alisha, Ms. Jayla, and Mr. Amor are literally lifesavers, and I thank them for being a light during such a dark time for me. I would recommend this Cypress location 100x over! Thank y’all again for such an amazing experience 👏🏽

  I haven’t had a bad interaction at this Enterprise ever! I travel alot for work and this is the main location I come to, they have always had something for me and make sure everything is smooth when I do come. Alisha the branch manager is great and always kind!

  We had a rough experience. Everyone was nice. But a little more on the communication would have gone a long way. Our reservation to pickup our rental was at 3:30. We show up a little bit before. They tell us our vehicle is getting the oil changed. Why would you have it getting the oil changed knowing it was getting picked up at that time? He said we have someone bringing it back now. Should be 10-15. And it’s already been cleaned so you can leave with it as soon as they get here. Awesome, right? Nope. Fast forward to over an hr later and the car STILL isn’t back. He told us traffic was bad. As we watched the highway outside the building zoom by no traffic in sight. Meanwhile during this hour at least ten people came in and picked up their cars and left each only in the building 5-10 minutes. Finally after over an hr the vehicle was back and he told us it was being cleaned. Good sir, you told us they had already done that. Another 15 minutes goes by and he says oh it has no gas. And it wasn’t low it was gas light on may or may not make it to the next gas station low. Offered a discount for that problem, which we appreciate as such. Again—people were nice. But if it’s going to be waaaaayyy longer then what you say-communicate as such.
