- CNCharat NextmileJun 8, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Flying J location. While I was in the shower lounge area, another individual approached me and began harassing me, which made me feel unsafe. I ended up calling the police and waited there for over an hour. When the police arrived, they attempted to review the security footage, but unfortunately, the cameras were not able to clearly track where the individual went or how he exited. This is extremely concerning for customer safety. Flying J seriously needs to improve their security camera system. Cameras should work effectively not only in cases of theft but also in situations involving customer safety and harassment. I hope management takes this issue seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a safer environment for everyone.
