  This truck stop is not for hard working, they close the showers at 9:30 pm and can’t even tell you what time in the morning they will be open again

  This Pilot/Shell location has some of the worst customer service I have experienced. The employees rarely greet customers, acknowledge them, or offer assistance. On one occasion, I stood at the counter waiting to be checked out while an employee continued a conversation with the manager and never even asked if I needed help. As a professional driver, I visit many Pilot locations, and most of them are friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location. The staff often appear more focused on talking among themselves than helping customers, leaving people standing around waiting without any communication. I continue to stop here because it is on my route, but the level of professionalism is disappointing. Management needs to do a better job training employees on basic customer service, including greeting customers, acknowledging their presence, and providing timely assistance. Customers should not feel ignored when they are simply trying to make a purchase and get back on the road.

  I want to ask a question to the owner. Do they have free parking or it’s paid because I checked all over the place, front side backside, all parking lot entrance exit all over the place, but I couldn’t found any sign for paid parking We don’t mind to pay for parking, but please clarify that on the place put some sign, so we know we have to pay Other than this issue, I couldn’t found any problem Staff was good Food was good fuel price according to inflation is still good. Just need clarification on parking. We don’t want to get towed while sleeping inside or somebody knock our door for asking parking Money or get a ticket after wake up Thanks for your service, peace
