  Pilot Flying J - somehow #truckers are not treated well and seeing as the beneficiary of customer service It feels like they are served minimal because they attached to a fuel card that has been sold to their employers. Majority foreigners and immigrants in trucking perhaps do not even feel the difference or just passing by like any other shipper and receiver At some point #truckers must learn that what their work is worth and don’t let enormous supply of immigrants devalue and destruct them…. Amazon has systematically added exponential amount of trucks and truckers to cater their post CoVID growth This Pilot location - please teach you employees how to greet customers with smile and show compassion and above all be accommodative not hostile. #Truckers aren’t inmates in the OTR penitentiary Truckers aren’t marginal Truckers are foundational

  Watch your purchase, they double charge and when you ask for the receipts. They say that they can't print one.

  This is the most horrible place I’ve ever visited; the customer service is terrible. They won't let you use Pilot coupons—why use the Pilot name if you're independent? Don't drag the Pilot company name through the mud and make them look bad. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; everyone there is bitter and bad-tempered.horrible customer service .
