Great experience upon pick up and drop off. No surprises at all.

The Enterprise in Corsicana, Texas had a great selection of vehicles. We ended up with a Chrysler Pacifica van. It was very comfortable, got great gas mileage and was very comfortable for our trip to Colorado. Also, I would just like to say, I don’t remember the name of the guy that helped me inside the Enterprise in Corsicana, but he was very nice, professional and got us in and out as quickly as possible, as he was by himself. There were quite a few people in the lobby when I rented, and when I returned. He definitely gets a shout out!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Appointment was for 5pm. Did not receive unit until almost 6pm, rented a minivan that was dirty and 3000 miles over for an oil change and a motor that was knocking. Traded it for a different minivan that had known tire issues. This put us a day behind. Customer service line was unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Absolute worst service!!! Didn’t relay key information needed. Was put on hold without saying a word and left on hold for over 10 minutes until o hung the phone up! Worst experience!
