  We had a mishap on the freeway, lots of trouble getting everything figured out. A gentleman at this location, I didn’t catch his name was extremely helpful! Can’t thank them enough for being available in our time of need! Excellent service all around! Highly recommended!

  Second time I have tried to rent a vehicle ahead of time, & they have ended up calling me & saying that they don’t have the vehicle but on the website it shows that these vehicles are available. That’s a big inconvenience for people who have to travel. The website should not show that the car is available if it’s not, I put all my information in, drivers license info & everything! Just to be called the next day saying that it’s not in stock, & they don’t try to get in touch with other enterprises to get the vehicle on the lot!

  I recently experienced exceptional customer service at the Corsicana location, provided by Dez. Even watching at the close of business day on, yesterday, single-handedly making sure that everyone was greeted and waited upon. It was truly the best customer service experience I have encountered in some time. Outstanding work!!! 🙏🏽😊

  They can’t replace a car rental with low battery, that need jump start to use it. they want you to bring the rental to repair shop and wait to be repaired. What kind of service is this. 🤦🏻‍♂️
