  Hand some error codes on my 2018 Tahoe. The girl that i spoke with came out and read the codes for me. No problem. She was very nice and accommodating. A lot of the times people that work at parts stores have no personality, but she was great. Took my car to dealership with codes in hand. Thank yall. God bless

  No stars worst place in the world for auto parts or service on hold for 17 minutes!!!!!! Get your crap together at least tell the customer you’re busy instead of just hold. Kindness and letting someone know you’re busy is just common sense

  I had a very frustrating experience with AutoZone and will be avoiding them going forward. First, I was told the part I needed was in stock. When I arrived to pick it up, they suddenly said it had to be shipped from their hub and would be available later that day at 4 PM. I called at 4:50 PM, and they told me it still wasn’t there but should arrive shortly and that they would call me back. No call ever came. When I followed up again, I was told the part wasn’t in stock at all—and worse, that it had never even been ordered. At that point, I requested a refund. That’s where things got even worse. I was initially told the refund would take “a couple of days.” After no refund showed up, I called back and was told it would take 5 business days. I called again after 5 business days (on Friday), only to be told the refund was still “pending” and would take another 5 business days. This entire process has been disorganized, misleading, and incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. Terrible customer service and a broken process from start to finish. I still have not received my refund, and now I’m being told to wait even longer because weekends don’t count. I will not be doing business with AutoZone again.

  Me and my wife, we needed some light bulbs, and went to O'Reilly's first. But the guys there were totally unhelpful, saying it was too "difficult." So, we ended up at Autozone. There were already a bunch of people being helped, but I spotted this guy, Abraham Cortes, and asked him if he could give us a hand. No hesitation at all, he was all in! I told him I needed my headlights and brake lights swapped out, and he just said, "No problem, I can do that." He even went out, took a look, and suggested some bulb grease to keep water leaks and corrosion from messing things up later. Seriously, that was awesome of him. He went back out, and in just a few minutes, he was done and did a fantastic job. He even saved us some cash and a possible ticket from the cops! Definitely a super hard worker with amazing customer service.
