  Safelite replaced my windshield with no hassle! Ricardo the technician was so professional and helpful with all my questions. Thankful for the calls to confirm appointment by the tech and the day of service as well so I could know when he was arriving for the repair. Great experience .

  Never Again! Satellite tech wouldn’t replace my windshield due to seeing some rust on my truck cab near the flange where the window mounts. I could tell when this lady got out of the Safelite van she was not motivated and not happy to be here! Took one look and said nope….i can’t replace due to rust. What a waste of time getting a nice area ready for the tech to work under my carport. Filling out all the info on the inter-web…paying and now waiting for a refund now that safelite cancelled the appointment. Oh yeah and there was no advanced notice of arrival like they promised. Ithe tech arrived and then 5 min later I got a text that the tech was on the way and would arrive soon! Safelite has put three or maybe four windshields in this truck and I knew and they knew about the rust around the cab. It was never a problem until today. Never again Safelite!

  Outstanding service from Vanessa C.A.! I recently needed a windshield replacement at Safelite AutoGlass in Corpus Christi. Because ADAS camera recalibration requires specialized equipment that isn’t portable, mobile service wasn’t an option, and I had to come into the shop. Proper ADAS camera calibration is critical for safety systems to function correctly, so this step couldn’t be skipped. Vehicles that need static calibration use specialized target boards mounted on a fixture in a controlled environment, which is why the work has to be done in the shop. When scheduling, providing your VIN lets Safelite determine exactly what’s required and whether mobile service is possible for your vehicle. On the first attempt, the windshield arrived with a quality-control issue from Safelite’s EE supplier—the rearview mirror and ADAS compartment bracket had been improperly glued—so the install couldn’t be completed, and I had to return another day. On that second visit, a coworker who assisted us explained the supplier issue clearly. Through the process, Vanessa was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She made the overall experience as smooth as possible and showed real care for getting the job done right. Her customer service stood out and helped turn what could have been a frustrating situation into a positive one. I highly recommend Vanessa and the Safelite AutoGlass team in Corpus Christi. If you need auto glass work, ask for her—you’ll be in good hands.
