  Safelite takes care of their customers. I have been serviced by Safelite a few times and it's apparent that they will work hard to make sure all customers are satisfied with their service.

  Was ready for my car at my appointment time and took about 1.5 hours. They told me between 1 to 2 hours so that was correct as well. Satisfied with the work

  I've seen nothing but bad reviews on the SafeLite website about the service in Corpus Christi but my experience was amazing. My technician, Ivan, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He was quick, knew exactly what to do, and was very kind. I had my windshield replaced at my house (which is very convenient by the way) and Ivan was very respectful of my property. I was very skeptical of this service but when I went to go check on how he was doing and if he needed a drink or a snack or anything he was wiping my dashboard spotless lol. For anyone who is having doubts about this service just ask for Ivan if possible. My windshield was literally perfect it was flush and had no gaps, no scratches, no digs, sealed perfectly all around and he even made sure to clean it as thoroughly as possible. Great dude 10/10 would recommend.

  Very helpful and professional! A truck kicked a rock onto our windshield so we immediately drove to the Safelite location. They took our car in immediately and repaired it. They were all very friendly and did a great job.

  I was in San Antonio with my family and stayed at a Holiday Inn express by Six Flags off IH 10. Someone knocked out my driver side passenger window and tried to steal something from my truck. I called Safelite and the sales Rep was very knowledgeable and walked through every step of the process. She explained windows were not kept in stock and it would be the next day to get it repaired. She made me an appt in San Antonio but I was traveling and she changed my appointment to a shop in Port Aransas since we would be there the next day. She did advise me the shop in San Antonio would put a crash wrap on my window for free since my appt was the next day. I went to the shop in San Antonio ( I can’t remember the address) but they were very professional and got me in and out in about 20 minutes. My appt was for 11am the next day in Port Aransas. I decided to go a little early (8:30am) to see if they could get me in early since we were on vacation. I walked in at 8:45am, rep told me it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours to install. We left and went to a store. Came back at 9:25am to wait for the truck. John came out at 9:30am and said it was finished whenever I was ready to pay and leave. Safelite does a veterans discount which is great since I wasn’t expecting the extra cost while on vacation. They actually saved me $62 verses having to pay the initial cost of $490 for a rear passenger install. I will definitely use them in the future and refer all my friends and family to their establishment. Both the shop in San Antonio and Port Aransas were professional, clean, and fast at getting the service done. Despite our issues. Safelite made it a great experience.
