  The staff at this location is beyond amazing. Starting with the front desk personnel, Cindy. She was so kind, thoughtful and just helpful. I was there with my 10month old son and she just make me feel really comfortable and at ease while I waited for my car. My technician, Noe (I think) did an immaculate job on my repair. When I got back in my car I could not find where the crack was. I had another ding earlier this year and I just wish he would have been the one to seal that one. I can still see it but the one I went in for this day is almost nonexistent. I was just super impressed with their customers service skills. There was another older gentleman that was just as kind at the others. Will 100% recommend this location.

  Safelite no-showed me 2 times in a row, then marked the service as complete, then hung up on me twice when I tried to call in and explain and then could not reschedule me. Their new AI system gets nothing done and does not assign the mobile orders correctly to the local shop. Absolutely horrendous customer service and service recovery. Go anywhere else. USAA should drop their partnership, because Safelite does not care about Veterans.

  Safelite came to my house twice with the wrong windshield for my truck. The first tech called back and told there the wiring for my windshield heat was wrong. The next day they sent a different tech with the same windshield issue. Waited 3 days for them to reschedule, called and spent a lot of time getting through the AI phone service. They called me the next day and I scheduled to be there at 10 AM. I drove the 60 miles to the appointment arriving 5 minutes early. Waited 20 minutes then the manager said he didnt have a tech avaliable so he would do it himself. He took my truck back to the shop. 1.5 hours later i checked and he had taken off the plastic surrounding my mirror and walked away. When I asked to speak to him he told me he couldn't do it because he wasnt certified to do windshields. HOW CAN YOU MANAGE WINSHIELD SHOP AND NOT BE CERTIFIED, thats like a candy stripper managing a hospital. Safelite has done 14 windshields for me in the past but this is the last. Poorly managed. Customer service unacceptable and they promise to call you back on issues then never call back. I waited for days for the regional manager to call me back as he promised. No call. Here is the review I promised if the call didnt come. They did give me free windshield wipers as compensation for wasting 15 hours of my time. Never again.

  The customer service was great! Noe at the front desk was very polite, professional, and informative. He reassured me that my Jeep would be replaced with the correct glass that originally came on my vehicle, which made me feel so much better. I would much rather trust Safelite with my vehicle than go to a dealership and risk having something else messed up. I know I can always trust Safelite to take care of my vehicle and do things correctly without causing any additional issues. They made the whole process simple, especially when it came to using my insurance coverage. I will always choose Safelite whenever I need a windshield repair or any type of glass replacement. Highly recommend them!

  ​"I am extremely frustrated with my experience at this Safelite location. I brought my car in about a month ago for a windshield replacement, and it has been an absolute nightmare ever since. ​They ended up having to replace my windshield twice because the recalibration failed both times. Now, my car is left completely devoid of crucial safety features, including lane assist, forward collision warning, automatic braking, and even cruise control. To make matters worse, Safelite ultimately told me they couldn't do anything else and 'tried their best,' leaving me high and dry. Now my dealership won't even touch the car because of how badly this was botched. ​I am left with a vehicle missing critical safety systems, nothing is being done to fix it, and I am out of options. I will never use Safelite again. I just want my car returned to the safe, fully functioning condition it was in before I handed it over to them."
