  Exceptional customer service! I’ve been so impressed with this Quick Quack Car Wash location on Rodd Field in Corpus Christi, Tx. The entire property is always clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming. What really stands out to me is the effort these young men put into their jobs. They’re literally out by the side of the road waving flags and working hard to get customers’ attention, and then they’re the same employees walking up to cars, checking on customers, and making sure everyone is happy with the service they received. That kind of work ethic and customer care deserves to be recognized! It’s refreshing to see employees who are so attentive, positive, and willing to go the extra mile. Keep up the amazing work—you all are doing an outstanding job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Awesome place , everything is always working and clean. Rafs are always available and staff is great and helpful especially Anthony. He’s very friendly and helpful.

  Anthony was extremely friendly and I absolutely love the customer service at this location. The vacuums are super powerful and the air gun helps tremendously when cleaning out your car!!!

  ⭐ 1 STAR — TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY I went through Quick Quack Car Wash on Sunday, 9/27/26, and what happened afterward was completely unacceptable. A vehicle in front of me stopped after exiting the wash. The truck behind them had to slam on its brakes, and the conveyor system STILL DID NOT STOP. It continued pushing my truck forward and into the vehicle in front of me. I immediately went inside to report what happened and speak with the manager on duty, who was the assistant manager. Instead of investigating the situation or trying to help, he was extremely rude and defensive. His FIRST response to me was essentially, “If it’s older than 5 years, we don’t cover anything.” Seriously? You haven’t even investigated what happened, and your first response is to tell me you aren’t responsible? I was told the manager would contact me Tuesday or Wednesday. Neither happened. So Wednesday afternoon, I went back to the location myself. I then found out that the manager hadn’t even investigated the incident. He continued denying that Quick Quack had any responsibility and ultimately told me they would not be fixing my truck and that I needed to deal with the other driver’s insurance. That’s not customer service. That’s avoiding responsibility. I understand that accidents can happen, but when your conveyor system continues moving vehicles into one another, the absolute minimum I expect is for management to investigate the incident, review whatever camera footage or system information is available, and communicate with the customer. Instead, I got attitude, excuses, no follow-up, and ultimately a complete refusal to take responsibility. If this is how Quick Quack handles a customer whose vehicle is damaged while going through their wash, I would seriously think twice before taking your vehicle there. The wash may be quick, but apparently getting someone to take responsibility isn’t.

  Just left this location. An employee jogged in front of my vehicle approximately 6 feet as I was entering to pull up but showed no indication that she was going to go in front of my vehicle as I was moving. She checked me in as she did that, I heard a noise, I didn’t think anything of it. I discovered as I got to my next location, she opened my gas tank before entering the car wash. I will be filling a police report in case anything happens to my vehicle due to this.
