  I visited the Grease Monkey on Airline today, and Albert was the gentleman who helped me. I’m going through a difficult time in my life right now, and he treated me like a real person—not just another customer. He went out of his way to help me get the best possible deal and even showed me coupons I could use from the website. I work in customer service, so I recognize when someone genuinely cares about the people they’re helping. Albert is doing an incredible job and truly deserves recognition for his kindness and outstanding service. The whole crew was so sweet and funny, too—their banter kept me entertained while I waited for my oil change. They made an ordinary errand into a genuinely positive experience.

  I had a great experience at Grease Monkey on Airline thanks to Kevin G! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, welcoming, and had an awesome attitude that made the whole visit enjoyable. It's not every day you come across someone who is both highly professional and genuinely personable. Kevin was quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making sure everything was taken care of efficiently while answering my questions along the way. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find. If you're looking for fast, reliable service with a smile, I highly recommend stopping by the Grease Monkey on Airline and asking for Kevin G.   This is my second time at grease monkey and both times I was very happy with the service I received. The person who helped me this time was Kevin and he went above and beyond. Even working in this extreme heat, he was smiling and even offered additional services that my vehicle needed at a reasonable price. Not to mention I was in and out in about 15 minutes. Thank you grease monkey on airline and thank you Kevin for taking good care of your customers. Will definitely be coming back and recommending this location.
