  I went into this location today for an oil change. I got my oil changed and never felt pressure to buy anything extra even though they did recommend some extra stuff. I also got to chat a bit with the new manager John who was extremely nice and answered my questions honestly. Because of the great service I got from John I will for sure be back.

  I had an appalling experience with Grease Monkey. After getting an oil change there, another shop later discovered the oil plug gasket had been damaged during that service and provided photo evidence. I shared all documentation with their district manager, but they declined responsibility, citing a 3,000-mile/3-month reporting policy. My vehicle follows a 7,500-mile oil change interval and is not driven frequently, making that policy unreasonable in this situation. Carfax records also confirm no one else serviced my vehicle.

  Went there for oil change got helped out by Brenden. My man was quick and professional with such a great attitude. Bright and early as well. Definitely recommend.

  Do not go there!! They left my dipstick open and did not change out my oil plug. My car was smoking when I left and they said it was because oil was dropped off to the side. This has never happen at any of my oil changes. Bad Service!!

  Extremely friendly service, Very professional and informative let us know about coupons, and even applied them for us to help us get the best deal for the servic.when they honestly don't have to lots of other places would make a effort not to tell you about coupons so they can charge you more . Jose was exceptional in everything he did if you can ask for him to help you out.
