  Bought four wrangler tires for my pickup. Including wheel alignment and tire warranty. After 5,000 miles took it back for balance and rotation. A new manager was there. After two and a half hours of waiting. I asked if the truck was almost ready. She was rude and told me that apparently they didn’t meet my expectation s . She walked out of store. Waited 30 more minutes before truck was ready.. nice when you buy the tires.Nasty when you go for service. I would advice not to visit the Goodyear store on Everhart Rd ,Corpus Christi ,Tx.

  Had the pleasure of getting to deal with Ivy earlier today and was beyond satisfied. She had a great attitude and was attentive to my needs as well, very professional. Thank you Ivy! Give this girl a raise!

  Great Experience, Great Customer Service! Went to this location to get my tire pressure sensors replaced. During replacement process, this location lost power due to a blown transformer. Power did not return and tire pressure sensor replacement had not been completed. The store manager, RJ was very professional in this situation and took care of myself and a few other customers that were also there during the power outage. Unfortunately they would not be able to complete the repairs on my vehicle at the time and RJ let me know that he would contact me as soon as power returned. I left location thinking that I would not be receive a callback from them and would have to follow up myself at a later date. I was wrong. A few hours later, I received a callback from RJ notifying me that power had returned and if I could bring the car back to complete repairs. Even though it would take me a good 45 min to travel back to the location, RJ let me know not to worry about it and that they would take care of me. Once back at their location, car was back in the shop within 10 min of arriving and repairs complete in about 30-45 min. Both the store manager RJ, and the service techs were very professional, helpful and provided a great experience.
