My grief is a preferred customer. The hell we had getting her car is wild. 1) gave her a car with two low tire lights and THEN keep texting 3 in an hour! To confirm the return tomorrow NOT even asking of she needs to extend. They are so unprofessional at this location.

Terrible experiences with both the Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi location. Aransas pass lost the reservation that was held for over a month. Sent us to the Corpus location. 30 min drive with two young children. Refused to rent to us due to an out dated policy. The new real id that Oklahoma issued was not in their paper manual. They do not use a scanner to verify id’s! Absolutely awful service. Asked to speak with a supervisor or someone at corporate to help. Wouldn’t make any calls or give me a number. When we called another enterprise to make a new reservation they said that we had been blacklisted?! Juan and his staff showed no interest in helping mediate or resolve the issue.
Thankfully budget was able to get us in something hours later by simply scanning our ID.

Today is my birthday.
I was given an appointment time of 1:30. 1:30 comes around, and no one has called or acknowledged my appointment. I call at 1:33 to ask if someone is coming, and they say, "we're sending someone right now". If I hadn't called, no one would be coming.
I wait until 2:03 and call again to ask if someone is coming to pick me up, and they again say someone is five minutes out.
I call again at 2:13 and they are confused as to why the driver has not picked me up from the BMW dealership I'm waiting at. I walk to the front desk to see the driver twiddling his thumbs behind the receptionist desk. Not looking for me, not asking for me. Nothing. I ask the driver why and he says the people who sent him didn't even give him a name of who to search for.
When I reach the office, there are three other people waiting in the lobby, and I wait another couple minutes before I'm acknowledged beyond a "someone will be with you".
I pull the manager aside and tell him my situation. He listens and explains that the driver is old and did not hear my name, etc. I'm told he's had this conversation twenty times just this week. He says they have already aired their grievances to the area manager and they are all frustrated with the lack of vehicles and the affect it has on wait times. He even asks me to peek around to the back and look at the empty lot.
Despite the events, I understand overworked, understaffed, and undersupplied employees when I see them. I do not blame the men and women who answered the phones to get me here forty minutes after my apppintment, and I do not blame the manager also answering calls just to get me into a car. They did everything they could to get me taken care of, and the assistant manager even maintained a positive attitude that is easily reflected in his equally positive employees.
To the area manager of this location, I want you to read this and fix something. Do your job and make necessary changes to this location to prevent this from happening again. This is absolutely ridiculous. I could insert about ten different curse words into this review to emphasize how pissed I am at how my appointment was handled, but instead I am politely asking that you do something productive to fix the absolute mess that is this enterprise location. A mess that you are letting grow and fester.
If you ignore this, I hope you lose every one of your employees and learn the hard way what happens when you put people over profits and your own time over theirs.
