  I had a horrible experience with the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on North Water Street in Corpus Christi. The first vehicle I received was unsafe to drive, so I contacted Enterprise and was instructed to return it to the nearest location. I returned it within two hours of renting it. When I arrived, the employee was shocked by how poorly the vehicle was running, agreed that it was unsafe, and said I should be compensated. Instead, I later received a bill that included an incorrect refueling charge, even though I returned the vehicle with more fuel than it had when I received it. Providing a customer with an unsafe vehicle is serious enough, but the poor communication and inaccurate billing made the situation even worse. Enterprise needs to improve its safety inspections, communication between locations, and billing practices. I would not recommend the Enterprise location on North Water Street in Corpus Christi based on this experience.

  Mario Serrano told me to “get the f*ck out”. He is way out of line and the company needs to replace him.

  The manager told me I only needed one form of bill for identification then proceeded to ask for a second one after telling me I only needed one then I tried to show him proof of another on my phone and he wouldn’t take it and threw my phone then threatened me saying “I was waisting his time” “you have ten seconds to get out of my store” then threatened to call the cops on me for his mistake.

  I had a very positive experience at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location! Mario Serrano was a huge help. The car return was easy and I was even offered a ride to my destination - definitely five stars.
