    The manager told me I only needed one form of bill for identification then proceeded to ask for a second one after telling me I only needed one then I tried to show him proof of another on my phone and he wouldn’t take it and threw my phone then threatened me saying “I was waisting his time” “you have ten seconds to get out of my store” then threatened to call the cops on me for his mistake.

    I had a very positive experience at this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location! Mario Serrano was a huge help. The car return was easy and I was even offered a ride to my destination - definitely five stars.

    The driver who picked me up from Al Williford was professional, friendly, and a safe driver. Both the folks at the office on Water Street where I picked up the car were also professional and friendly and were careful to explain all I needed to know. The drop off of the rental at Al Williford was simple, and easy. I did not need to drive the rental to Corpus and then get back home to Portland.

    Very friendly service and quick to! Enjoyed my experience, love how I was able to get picked up and dropped off! It saved me the hassle of looking for a ride! They were very helpful and reserving online was so simple! Thank you Enterprise for such great service!!!
