  I highly recommend never renting from Enterprise. I made a reservation for a family vacation 5 months in advance just to be called the day before pick up and told the vehicle (15 passenger van) is not available. I called multiple times to the local Everhart office and corporate office with no responses or remedies for my situation. No one was concerned in trying to help me with a solution. They did advise me that they allowed the previous renter to extend his rental knowing I had a reservation. They left our family scrambling to find 2 vehicles big enough to transport my family out of town for our vacation.

  It was easy and convenient! I was worried when we got there they didn't have a car for us or there was a mistake, something that could go wrong! Especially when It was a last minute thing. Nope I called they set it up, got there went through the process and got a nice car for our quick road trip! We plan to use them again!

  I can’t recommend this location enough! The team is fantastic, Sam especially always goes above and beyond. She’s incredibly efficient, knows the inventory inside and out, and consistently provides outstanding customer service. As a frequent traveler, I know I can always count on this location to get me the best vehicle available. If my first choice isn’t available, they always do their best to find something that’s just as good. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help keep me coming back every time Y.V

  I made a last minute reservation, received a confirmation and pick-up date. I arrived at the location on Everhart a little earlier to fill out the needed paperwork only to be told they didn't have what I reserved, that the 2 vehicles they did have required a major credit card. I didn't have one on my person, and asked if they could call another location to see if they had anything available there, but she said it would be the same anywhere, that they needed at least 3 days to have a car ready for me. And if I used my debit card there would be a $300 charge for a deposit on the vehicle. I ended up leaving without renting, and am very disappointed in their customer service. I feel that if they didn't have a vehicle available, I shouldn't have been able to reserve one, last minute or not.
