    The chargers claim to be a certain KW, but they aren't. Even on the one labeled 350 KW it still took my Kia Nira an hour and a half to charge. The highest it got was like 24 KW, while they charge you a premium for a "fast" charge. This place is a ripoff.

    It's EVgo they're hit or miss... 3 stars in general for low charge rates most times, even during off peak hours, and over charging for less than what they're saying you're recieving, but when you've literally got no options. What can you do. I feel sorry for their staff. The higher ups need to wake up and start updating equipment faster.
