  Thus was the first auto sales lot, that I was treated as a quota. Aaron and Brittany were very attentive and friendly, as if we were their only customers. Mater of fact, I saw all sales staff treating customers the same way. I would definitely buy from here again.

  I needed a pickup truck to help someone move. I had three other reservations fall through at different places because they said they had a truck but did not have a truck. This specific location in Corinth had a truck and held it for me. Highly recommend.

  Extremely Disappointed With Enterprise Very disappointing experience with Enterprise. A day after purchasing the vehicle, it started making a noise, which I immediately reported to the sales representative and branch manager. I was advised to take it to Driver’s Edge for an inspection, which I did. Despite reporting the issue shortly after purchase and following the instructions I was given, Enterprise has continued to pass me between departments instead of taking responsibility. I was referred to the Warranty Department, only to be told that they could not assist me and that I needed to go back to Enterprise because the issue was ongoing. I expected Enterprise to stand behind a vehicle they sold and address a problem reported immediately after purchase. Instead, I have experienced nothing but frustration and a lack of accountability. Extremely unsatisfactory customer service. Enterprise needs to take responsibility and resolve this matter.

  Do not buy a car from this location or any Enterprise car sales. I obtained my jeep compass in May and there are problems arising already. After having my car for two weeks I reached out to the dealership to advise that the car has been driving funny. The manager drove my car and advised nothing was wrong. I stated I wanted to have the car look at by a mechanic. The manager advised me that I would have to pay out of pocket for diagnostic after paying a huge deposit on the car. I have called on several occasions to speak to a manager and whenever I call. The manager on duty ALWAYS seems to be away. Enterprise car sales is a rip off and I will never give them my business again!!! If you know what’s good for you runnnnnn.
