  Stopped by Just Tires in Coppell this week because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I found them through Google, and after reading all the great reviews, I figured I’d give them a try. I’m so glad I did! The girl at the front desk was seriously the coolest, I had about a million questions 🤪, and she answered every single one without getting annoyed. They found a nail in my tire, but since it was too close to the sidewall, they recommended replacing the tire instead of repairing it. They offered to sell me one, but I wanted the same brand that’s already on my vehicle since my tires are still pretty new. They told me I was more than welcome to take it back to where I bought them and maybe they would have the exact tire. I really appreciated that there was zero pressure. They just wanted me to do whatever was best for me. I even asked if I could see the nail so I could show my husband 😂, and they had no problem walking me out to my vehicle. The mechanic was super nice, answered all my questions, and explained everything. On the way back inside, another mechanic even went out of his way to hold the door open for me. It’s the little things like that that people remember and don’t go unnoticed. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Everyone I talked to was friendly, honest, and genuinely seemed like they cared. I didn’t even end up buying a tire from them, and they still treated me like I was their customer. That says a lot.   Work was completed quickly, and my vehicle has been running great ever since. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but they provide quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive service!

  Very poor service. Said I needed to change two filters and will take just a few minutes. Did not inform me that they did not have the filters in stock and have to order it. I waited over two hours. Whenever I asked they kept telling me it will take just a few minutes and they are working on it. I eventually paid for the filters and left and went back later that afternoon to get the filters replaced.

  I recently had my vehicle serviced here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team was professional, honest, and clearly knowledgeable about what they were doing. They took the time to explain the issue in simple terms and walked me through the repair process without any pressure. The work was completed on time, and my car is now running perfectly. It’s clear they take pride in their craftsmanship and customer service. Pricing was fair, with no surprise charges, which I really appreciated. It’s not always easy to find a repair shop you can trust, but this is definitely one I’ll be returning to in the future. Highly recommended!
