I had a great experience at Brakes Plus yesterday! I went in to have my rear brakes replaced, and I was very pleased with the reasonable pricing and excellent customer service. Parker and Remi were both extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. They also took the time to provide me with helpful information about other work my vehicle needs, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to find a place that offers quality service at a fair price while keeping customers informed. I will definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend!

1st class service, shoutout to Mr. Parker, I needed a good deal and they were able to apply a discount to help me ! I keep coming here because of the honesty and they inform me and don’t push me around… Mr. Parker intentionally underpromises and over-delivers… Humbly I thank you all; the whole team!

I was very hesitant as a lot of places take advantage of single ladies. I did not get that feeling here-I’m grateful! Polanco put my mind at ease… he literally showed me the issues concerning this vehicle. I am satisfied with the service performed on this vehicle Polanco was very kind, knowledgeable and patient; he’s an Asset to this establishment! God Bless you and your family sir 💟

⭐️⭐️ Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment for 11:00 AM for a simple oil change, and I didn’t get my car back until 12:26 PM. That is over an hour and 25 minutes for an oil change with an appointment. I was told that “the system gets stuck on appointments,” but honestly, that’s not my problem as a customer. If I make an appointment for 11:00 AM, I expect my vehicle to be serviced in a reasonable amount of time. On top of that, they gave me recommendations for other basic services my car supposedly needs, and the estimated cost was almost $500. I understand recommending additional maintenance, but the pricing and overall experience were not impressive. And to make matters worse, they didn’t even put a window sticker in my car showing when I should come back for my next oil change. That’s such a basic thing to provide after an oil change. Overall, this was a frustrating experience and a complete waste of my time. I will definitely not be coming back to this place.
