  I’ve been coming to brake’s plus for about 2 years now after I discovered they are significantly cheaper than a dealership and I’ve never been disappointed. Everyone is always so nice and friendly and have some of the best discounts. Remi the manager of tbe Brakes Plus in Coppell TX possibly saved my life by discovering my tire was cut and about to pop. I had a trip planned. Thank God he caught that ♥️

  Amazing location! Super helpful, friendly, and patient even with the state of my car. Did not try to take advantage whatsoever and worked with me to diagnose the issues I was having. 10/10 would go here again. Lobby/seating inside, AC, Wi-Fi, water, clean bathroom etc. Very attentive.

  i had a major issue up until the point where Brad(regional manager) came into the picture and fixed everything with respect and an open ear. shout out to noah at the front desk for being so professional through out all the BS. blanco( i believe was his name) as well for handing the final moments of my interaction respectfully and kindly my experience this time all around was astoundingly better. Remi i wish you well but im sure you could have thought of a better way to handle this situation

  My tire was going flat and I pulled into Brakes Plus. After going inside, I realized that the didn't do tires. Remi Gusman told me that he could swap my flat tire with the spare. I didn't expect the wonderful way I was treated and the level of service I received. I am convinced that if he was willing to do that for me he treats all his customers that way and that way will always count on him for his and Brakes Plus service. Thank you Remi for saving my day. You have a new customer.

  I brought my car in after another local shop ran a diagnostic on my vehicle (which I paid for) and the prices they quoted me were astronomical! I called and spoke with Remi and he gave me a fair part, he also mentioned the importance of getting the part replaced ASAP due to safety concerns. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was greeted by Polanco who was so knowledgeable and friendly. They had the part ordered and waiting for me when I arrived. After replacing the part that the other shop said was causing the issue, they realized it wasn't that part AT ALL. They got down to the root cause of the issue. Had I gone with Brakes Plus from the beginning, I would saved almost $500. I was not happy with spending that much BUT happy that they were able to resolve my issue and walked me through the entire process. I will be a loyal customer moving forward!
