  I purchased the highest monthly membership at another location prior to this visit and was passing through so I stopped by this location. I really like this specific location because most BBCW's bend my license plate in the front quite a bit. This one wasn't too bad really at all & the vibes were great! The customer service was great. The music was great. I usually have my own radio going, but they were jamming so I cut mine down lol I also didn't have to ask for towels. They were already there! I usually request tire shine, but I did not need it this time. I will drive the extra mile to come to this specific location! Love it here! Happy Father's Day 26' 💙🤍💙

  I Cancelled my membership but still got charged for the next month when I tried to contact them which is nearly impossible they said oh well you didn't cancel early enough so no refund but you can still use the wash until the end of the cycle problem is they took a week to tell me that basically wasting a quarter of the membership Now I'm going to file a complaint with the city for predatory business practices

  Too Bad There is No Option for Zero Stars. My, Very Well Maintained, 2017 Vehicle was Clearly Damaged. They Did Not Deny Damaging it, However, ANY Model Year Over Six Years is Automatically Ineligible for Damage Caused. There Was Also Dirt on Every Part of the Vehicle Afterward! Do Not Take Your Vehicle Here. You Have Been Warned! 🤬
