  The service appointment I made was for routine maintenance and it was done quickly with minimal wait time. The wait area was clean, coffee from the machine was great, and the service writer gave a full report on the items inspected and work completed. The car was washed and vacuumed too! I’m very pleased with the intake, work quality and the checkout!

  Recently purchased a car from here back in February or March of 2026 because it was time for my fiance to get a new car and the Salesman Brandin was very pushy on getting us to put $2,000 dollars down for this car after test driving it and all of that after we had called the dealership before hand to say all I had was $1,000 to put down is that okay and the person I talked to on the phone was Beto very nice and helpful said that was fine and a couple of months driving the car the auto hold feature has had some issues only around 10,000 miles is what me and my fiance put on the car I finally got up under there after going research didn’t touch anything only looked around to see what could be wrong and only to seem like the dealership tried to temporarily fix the auto hold light with zip ties around the rear brake wiring harness cables and I could see why these people before us that had this car traded it in for something newer and I’m just very disappointed with this sale now because I have to spend my time and money to fix this problem that should have been fixed correctly before it was even put back on the lot and sold

  My experience was with Pre-Owned sales. The office is very open and small. No privacy when discussing the numbers. Friendliness was very lackluster. What really made this a negative experience was that on top of the listed price they try to add on charges for things that are already on the car, like "LoJack". Then after I pushed back, they removed those charges and acted as if they did me a favor. I knew immediately I wasn't buying a car from them. I ended up getting an amazing price for the same car at Big Star Hyundai in Friendswood. They didnt try to pull any tricks. AMAZING!
