  Excelente servicio. Fui por un cambio de aceite y el personal fue muy amable, profesional y rápido. Me explicaron todo el proceso claramente mientras esperaba dentro de mi auto. Además, revisaron los niveles de fluidos esenciales de manera eficiente. Sin duda volveré a este lugar. Alondra habla español 👍🏼

  Today has been one of far most the worst experience I have even experienced with getting my oil changed. I always go to this exact location and have never experienced any problems with my car until today. A new mechanic was assigned to change my oil. About 30 minutes after my service engine light came on. Mind you, no sensors was on my car before having my oil changed by them. Due to my car shaking and feeling as though it was stalling , i stopped at a McDonald’s about 9 mins away from the location. After speaking to various reps and managers , I was told that someone would be out shortly. It took someone almost 2 hours to arrive, it was extremely hot and I felt as though the store felt at though it was not a priority of theirs. Finally after talking to more manager and etc. someone came out about 30 mins after their store close at 6pm. I was told that they won’t be able to do anything about it and if I go through with suing them it will be denied per ( John ) the store manager. He also stated that it is just an unfortunate situation. I would definitely recommend to go else where because why would you have someone that is “ fairly new “ as stated by another store manager working on peoples car w/o any supervision. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE ANY CHANCES .. just go else where!

  Got there and was helped instantly, they were pretty busy too. I pulled into the bay they did my oil change while I sat in the car and it maybe took 10/ 15 mins to do everything, they double check everything which I loved. Definitely will be using their services from now on.

  Yasmine was absolutely fabulous! Came on Father’s Day at about 4:30pm not knowing they closed at 5:00pm until I legit pulled in, working in a service industry myself I have a personal ‘rule’ don’t show up somewhere 30 mins before close like ever… so I asked her like is it okay? Without missing a beat, she was like “girl we have 30 mins you’re totally fine!” She asked all the questions about the other services they provided in a professional manner and did not come off pushy… like I’m sure we have all experienced at other establishments! She was correct on the quick efficient delivery of services. I was in and out!Literally 15mins, maybe 18 minutes lol but that’s including; payment and resetting my ‘oil light’ in the car and showing me my oil level etc. I even had a coupon in the app! (I do recommend y’all download that, no one told me to say it…but they have good discounts fyi). That all being said, the Valvoline off 336 w loop is great and friendly and Yasmine is a beast in the best possible usage of the word. She was running it, bc people were still pulling in when I was leaving, she handled the whole process with a smile and I will definitely recommend!

  I get things taking longer than expected but to claim you take roughly 15 minutes yet it took FORTY is wild. I had my three young children in the car which was a nightmare explaining to them the car had to remain off and that I had no clue when we would finish. This was my first time there and it was miserable. Not a single apology or explanation as to why it took so long. There was at least 7 staff members all having a great time so it’s hard to assume it’s a staffing issue.
