  Always a great experience every time I come in for an oil change. Christopher and John are always friendly, efficient, and professional. They make the process quick and easy while still providing excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

  Me and my fiancé went to get our oil change today and the service was great, swift, and they were very professional. Christopher, Porter, and Jay were exceptionally great!!

  The staff came across as rude, and there was very little communication about the fluids or what was included in the oil change service. I had to ask questions myself to get information. I was also handed the sticker and told to put it on myself and remove the old one, which felt unprofessional. Overall, I left unsure about what was actually included in the oil change.Only reason I went was because of the coupon but I’ll pay full price somewhere else for better customer service

  Came for oil change and emissions inspection. Called multiple times to make sure they could complete that. Told manager as he pulled me into a bay. Told tech who was changing my oil that I didn’t need my air filter changed but he checked it anyway and ended up dumping everything from the glove box in the process. He picked it all back up but when he dropped the glove box, he ripped the power cord out of the rear seat child monitor that is mounted to my dash directly above the glove, braking the bolt that holds it in place for view as well. When checking the differentials and telling me they need the fluids changed, I told him I was t interested at the time. He said he could do it for $90 so I finally said, ok go ahead. After a few moments he mentioned cost again and it was like $180. When I asked what happened to $90, he said it’s $90 per. When I said don’t worry about it he started playing on the computer and said he could keep it all under $300. I finally said just go ahead. When they told me my final bill it was like $370. When I asked what happened to under $300, he said taxes. I left to meet my wife and when we were in a store I realized, they never gave me anything to show I had my emissions tested for vehicle registration. They didn’t even give me a receipt. I had to drive back to ask them what I need for the inspection and they told me they never did the emissions inspection. So I had to pull back around, wait to be serviced, and pay even more. Should have been like $120-130 after oil change and emissions ( I have a F-250 so I need extra oil but also had a good coupon), ended up with about $400 bill and broken camera system that needs replace.
