  While I’m typically a bit hesitant about quick service shops where I stay in the car, today was a huge exception. The mechanic that helped me out today was Chris and little did we know what my car had in store for us. He offered to look at my air filter and cabin filter but FORD makes the cabin filter extremely hidden and complicated to access. But throughout the process Chris never failed to keep me informed while still being extremely nice and conversational! If I hadn’t known any better, it was like having a best friend over to teach me more about my care with me and my Fiestas best interests in mind. Given how knowledgeable Chris is, how well he offered assistance throughout the quick service + any follow up steps for maintenance - I will definitely be asking for him by name next time knowing my car is in safe hands. Bravo, Chris 👏

  Christopher, Porter and Tyler took great care of us on this trip and the whole staff has been helping us for years. These folks know their stuff and are pleasant to deal with. Thanks guys!

  I went to Valvoline today to have my oil change done, and i do have to say Christopher was amazing and helped me out with a lot today. He was beyond friendly, and explained everything thoroughly to me.He pointed out services that needed to be done, and showed me the parts which allowed for me to see for myself that i needed to change them. He definitely deserves a raise!! The price was great for everything i had done today.

  Came in with my work truck, and my fleet card. From the jump, Dominique/Dominic was rude and clearly in some kind of a bad mood. I apparently approached the bay incorrectly in my car—even though I have been to multiple valvoline locations and this was not a problem in the past—and I can take responsibility for that, and I apologized. In response to my trying to correct the situation, he decided to turn to his coworker (ignoring me), talk about me like I couldn’t hear him, and say “get this guy out of here”. I won’t repeat what else I thought I heard from him. He was rude, dismissive, and honestly, seemed like he was trying to intimidate me. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It genuinely makes me want to avoid going to this location again, and i am warning my wife and other loved ones about this location as well, because if i ever found out someone spoke to them that way, i would be even more livid. The employee who actually serviced my vehicle was much more professional in explaining the problem with how I approached the bay, which only served to highlight how terrible Dominic’s customer service was. There was absolutely no need for his level of attitude and unprofessionalism. My company has a contract with Valvoline, but I would rather go out of my way to go to another location than to have this experience again. All over an oil change. Ridiculous.
