  Had an amazing experience quick fast very sweet people I had help from tanner and Leilani there was also a African American man with dreads that helped as well I just didn’t catch his name and they were all absolutely amazing very wonderful people they were absolutely packed when I pulled in and still got everything I needed to be done done and in a quick manner!

  Lelo Damien and tanner went above and beyond to ensure I was able to get my work truck back on the road as quickly as possible. Even went and picked up materials that they did not have on hand to ensure I was able to ge lt everything done

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came to Valvoline for an oil change and had such a great experience with Lilo and Damian! They were both super friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They explained everything clearly, took great care of my car, and made sure I was good to go before I left. Great customer service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back.   When I arrived, 3 of 4 bays were occupied. The first bay was not in use. I was instructed to park behind the 3rd bay that was in use. Later another car arrived and they were told to park behind me. After a 20 min wait, the 2nd bay became available. Another technician had the car behind me pull into the 2nd bay instead of me who had been waiting longer. I was never told why I was being skipped. I left and went to Jiffy Lube where I received great service.

  JAE IS HIM. When I stopped for an oil change today I was told it would be at least 30 minutes before I’d be up, which was totally fine cause they were packed. So I told the guy waiting was alright. But then Jae, (who I found out actually is just there helping out from another location) pops up 5 minutes later and is on this oil change on record time, nothing but a genuine smile the entire time. I’m a menace, so I gave him a hard time and the man had a sense of humor on top of a fantastic work ethic. Jae is the type of employee every company dreams of. Thank you Jae, you’re a real one. 💯
