Every weekend we stop by trying to get some and it’s always rancid. Like choke you out chunky lemon milk spit it out mid breath spoiled. Baaaaad. All of them! Literally all of them. However, if you leave your truck in an approved parking spot to spend the night at a hotel, home, to shower, to wash and more, They will have the tow company(Recovery Associates) tow your SEMI TRUCK. (SHE SAID BECAUSE SOMEONE ELSE MAY NEED THAT PARKING SPOT 🤦🏿😂😂🤨😭WHHAT) We are aware that sometimes the tow company will make decisions independently ( rather kick backs are involved or not.) I don't believe corporate is aware of this. Don't you make more money on diesel than regular fuel? If so, why tow any Semi Truck on their minimum 10hour break? I have personally parked here for years with no problem. I have parked for the normal 10 hour reset or 34. Lately the shade chain has been unreal.. 😂😂😂 I do appreciate the conversation that I had with the young shift manager, she was very polite. Now I was told that the sign that was placed on the window was a sign they use for the personal cars not Semi trucks. The tow truck company stated that the DISTRICT MANAGER at THAT store places those signs on the truck and gave them the authority to TOW. I suspect it was the female who relocated from Atlanta with glasses. Not sure why she targeted me. I have been doing business with quick trip for years. I have been coming to that location long before she relocated to Texas from Atlanta. I hope corporate doesn't approve of the customer service that has been distributed by certain staff members and tow company WHO MAY OR MAY NOT BE ABUSING THEIR AUTHORITY. Thank you for your time.

It is blatantly obvious that Conroe and these so called "Truck Stops" HATE truckers and local truck drivers. I went home on a Friday after driving to and from North Carolina, parked in the FURTHEST location on the lot. They towed my truck to an unknown location within 8 hours. I'm deleting my QT app and will never patronize another QT over this.
