  I have five cars with this company, and overall, I’m very happy with their service. The property is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the car wash process is excellent and very convenient. One common issue I experience regularly is that whenever the weather is bad, they shut down the vacuums. However, even when the weather improves later, the vacuums often remain turned off, especially when it’s close to closing time. It sometimes feels like they simply don’t want to turn them back on. I’ve also noticed that the car wash line is occasionally closed around 6:45 PM, even though it is supposed to remain open until 7:00 PM. For an example , August 28th at 6.33pm I was there but all the vacuums were shut down but weather was good. I requested the employee to turn on at least one vacuum but he refused. Other than these issues, I’m very satisfied with the company and would still recommend them. Hopefully, management can address these small concerns and improve the overall experience. Runa

  I’ve been coming to Ocean Express Car Wash for about 2 years. The service is always excellent, with staff being friendly, detail oriented and professional. They recently had a management change and overall it is continuing to be exceptional service, they always have a smile for their customers and often check to make sure everything is going well. The facility is clean and always has drying towels and working vacuums. I definitely recommend Ocean Express Car Wash!

  It is Saturday at 9:45 AM. I’ve been a member since this place opened at $40 a month. Today much like many other days customer service is horrible. There were no towels on the entire side closest to the building and customers were looking for towels. I approached an employee who didn’t have a care in the world and said he would tell a manager and put his earphones back on 10 minutes later, we finally found a manager, and there was a stack of towels in the office, completely folded, ready to be put in all of the bins. I don’t understand how an employee couldn’t walk into the office and hand us all some towels or why they only put two or three clean towels in each stall when there was obviously 100+ towels in the office I addressed this issue with the manager, she indicated it was a staffing issue and I said obviously it’s been that way since my membership started. The quality of this car wash is also subpar. If you don’t dry your car off you’re covered in suds and water because the blowers at the end don’t do a really good job of drying off your vehicle. Quick quack up the road is cheaper and better and apparently doesn’t have staffing issues and can employ employees that will go get you a towel.

  Went to get my vehicle washed as usual with the kindest young fella Brayden, he is the one who originally signed me up for my membership and always greets everyone with a friendly smile! Thank you for your great customer service. The wash is always on point!
