  Had a great experience again at this location. The team fixed my tire and was in constant communication throughout. The quality of service by Antis and team was outstanding! We will continue to use NTB for our needed services.

  I feel very blessed and honored to go to this NTB soon to be Mavis. The people there are amazing and kind and it is beyond my words can describe my experience here.. I came in needing a tire for my CTS Performance and they took very good care of me, they had the exact tire needed.... This place was kid friendly, very clean, superb service and very knowledgeable.... I would give them more stars but i can only go so high. I want to Thank them again! God Bless your business..   I came here to get my car fixed, and honestly I had a really great experience. It’s super easy to get to, and they have plenty of parking, which is very convenient. Even though we didn’t have an appointment, they still took care of us, and I really appreciated that. They have a large waiting area with a comfortable waiting room, and everything was extremely clean. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They also speak both English and Spanish, which made everything even easier and more comfortable for us. Jari helped us during our visit, and he was very kind and attentive. One thing I especially loved was how clean the bathrooms were. They have separate restrooms for men and women, and even though it’s an auto shop, they really pay attention to those details. They also have thoughtful items available that women may need, which I thought was really considerate. What I liked most is that they are honest and explain exactly what your car needs without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Overall, I thought the service was excellent, and I would definitely come back again.

  We brought our car in because it had an oil leak, and even though we didn’t have an appointment, they still took care of us. Everyone was very friendly and honest. They checked the car and explained exactly what the problem was without charging us or trying to sell us anything unnecessary, which we really appreciated since we already had an idea of the issue. We were very happy with the service overall. Jari helped us, and he was great very professional and friendly. He also speaks both English and Spanish, which was perfect for us. Highly recommended!

  My experience with National Tire and Battery wasn't pleasant one. My Chevy Silverado 1500 with 41,000 miles had a little vibration shake at the front end. Went to National Tire and Battery thinking maybe a front end alignment or something. Technicians there at National Tire and Battery tried doing a front end alignment and wasn't successful. As the report shows the Chevy needed almost a complete front end. Shocks, upper ball joints, stabilizer link, lower control arms was the recommended repairs needed totalling around $3000. For a second option I proceeded to let Keating Chevrolet look at taken I have an extended warranty. Opon Keating Chevrolet inspecton there results differed from National Tire and Battery. The only thing Keating Chevrolet recommended a hard road test on the tires to eliminate the shaking vibration of the front end. So if you something don't seem right get a second opinion or tell them to physically show you the issue.
