  I had to rent a vehicle after being in an accident. Every employee I encountered at the Conroe location was professional and kind. They made sure I had a vehicle I was comfortable with, and every interaction was smooth and efficient. Great employees at this location!

  I'm writing to let " Leadership" recognize 2 great employees. Last Thurs. I made a car rental with " Amex Travel " and booked with Enterprise. I spoke with Abbie on the phone and asked for a courtesy pick-up for my Friday Morning Pick-up as I just live, Less then 3 mins away. Micheal was sent to come pick me up on time and very professional on friday the 19th, I was placed in a very nice Red Hyun / Sonh car. I've had the best experience With Enterprise ever... On monday Jun 22nd, I returned the rental and Abbie was nice enough to bring me back home as I just live 3 mins away. I typically rent with Hertz because I get rewards with my Amex, However I will be officially renting from " Enterprise- North Fraizer location " from now on. I was very pleased with everyone at that location. I'm so grateful to enterprise for having such great customer service and outstanding employees like Abbie & Micheal... It's because of them, I'll be booking another rental in a few weeks for another weekend getaway to Galveston Beach. I'm very Happy with the way Enterprise Treats their customers! I cant wait to book again Very Soon!!!

  If I could give less stars I would! I’ve been renting cars from here for almost a year now. ONLY because they’re pretty much the only choice I have and I can’t recall one rental that didn’t have an issue. Everything from lack of cleanliness to type of rental not available. They are the worst experience ever

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I arrived by Uber and was immediately greeted by the manager and Michael, who handled my rental. Michael was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain everything and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I rented a 2025 Ford Bronco for three days, and the vehicle was in outstanding condition—clean, well-maintained, and practically brand new. It was a pleasure to drive. When it was time to return the vehicle, Michael assisted me again. The return process was incredibly fast, taking less than a minute. I was in and out with no hassle at all. I also asked if they could drop me off at my home within their local service area. Michael checked with the manager, who kindly approved it. Mirenda drove me home and was very friendly, professional, and pleasant to talk to during the ride. What really stood out was the teamwork and positive attitude of everyone at this location. Every team member I interacted with was courteous, helpful, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. I've used other rental companies in the past, but after this experience, Enterprise will be my first choice. Thank you to Michael, Mirenda, the manager, and the entire team for making my rental experience such a positive one. Highly recommended!
