  HORRIBLE customer service! My car has been in the shop for three months for a 12 volt battery failure and an air bag recall. It still hasn’t been fixed.

  We were told if we sent someone else to buy a vehicle we would receive $100 we sent someone they bought a vehicle vehicle. We never received anything. We were led to believe by buying a new vehicle. It had warranty forever included. That was a lie that’s an extra charge if you want to purchase it later. Carried Car in for service online showed one price was charged more when Work was finished. I’m done owning Volkswagen’s.

  If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has been the worst car-buying experience I've ever had. Before purchasing my vehicle, I specifically told the dealership that I would not be putting any money down. I was assured that was not a problem. We completed all of the paperwork, I signed the documents, and I drove home with my vehicle. Nearly two weeks later, I started receiving phone calls and text messages from multiple employees claiming I owe a down payment. The problem is that I never agreed to pay after delivery, and I never paid in the first place. My signed paperwork reflects a cash down payment as though it had already been paid, yet I was never asked to make that payment before leaving the dealership. Instead of taking responsibility for what appears to be an error in their paperwork or explaining the situation professionally, I have been repeatedly contacted by different employees demanding payment. I was even told they needed additional personal information to pay off my trade-in nearly two weeks after the sale, despite the transaction already being completed. When I offered to unwind the deal and requested the trade-in value reflected in my signed contract so I could return the vehicle and purchase elsewhere, the dealership refused. At the same time, they insisted the contract is legally binding only when it benefits them. The constant contact has become overwhelming and feels like harassment rather than an effort to resolve the matter professionally. Buying a vehicle should be an exciting experience. Instead, it has been stressful. I hope management takes the time to review how this situation was handled and improves its communication and customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business here.

  I honestly cannot say enough good things about this dealership. My initial contact was with the car salesman JOHN PARKINSON. This gentleman knows everything about Volkswagen’s and the car that he’s selling to you.. I made an appointment or two before I could actually make it to the dealership because I was so busy at work. He was able to get everything in line for me And actually had the car that I selected pulled out in front! These men are so professional Every last one of them that I came in contact with. The gentleman that sit down with me in financing was just that a gentleman, I wish I remembered his name. He took care of business, didn’t beat around the bush, told me my options then I signed the documents and drove off with the car I wanted. A brand new top-of-the-line 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan SE-R Line Black. I got it in the shade of green that I wanted, Oh, and I didn’t mention that my credit was a challenge, I had negative equity for my trade-in (2022 VW Tiguan) and paid zero down! This team is very knowledgeable and know how to work to try to get you the car that you want with whatever you’re bringing to the table. Also the dealership has special incentives That is beyond fantastic! Just go and check them out! This is Simply put an awesome team!
