  I usually have no issue at Autozone but today I am frustrated. I came in purely for an adapter to recharge my AC. I didn't ask for a refund for what I bought just the piece I needed(which they didn't have). I just wanted to go somewhere else and they did a bunch of extra stuff that did me more harm than good. Refunded a dead card and now that I am just going back to work and getting my finances together and left 60 dollars broker and still no air conditioning. When I ask for something don't do extra. The part they tried to sell me instead was like 40 bucks more after refund. I didn't want that. Listen to your customers.

  Our A/C went out in the middle of the summer, and I had to drive home in 114-degree heat with no air conditioning. We thought the problem was low refrigerant, so I sent my wife to AutoZone to exchange the recharge kit because the hose on the first one I bought wouldn’t connect. Micah took the time to assist her, checked the A/C system, and let us know the refrigerant level was fine. He then noticed that our A/C belt had snapped in half, saving us from wasting time and money trying to fix the wrong problem. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping us understand what was going on. His expertise turned a stressful situation into a much better experience. Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Micah on their team. Thank you, Micah, for your outstanding service!

  Once again, very loyal Auto Zone…. Who’s ever in charge of hiring these people does an amazing job because Bobby Gonzalez once again proved why I always go to AutoZone ….came in needed a tail I thought, but it was a running light. Did his due diligence went from one computer to another computer and we talk through the whole thing like it might be the entire casing but we’re gonna try this other little light out and see if it works and the other little light worked. I’m in and out with $15. He is amazing.
