  I couldn't wait share my experience regarding the customer service from Eli, (the store manager.) Unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I have had. As a manager I expected professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude. Instead, I was met with rudeness, a lack of professionalism, no smile. and very poor customer service skills. As our interaction continued, it became clear that his attitude was not going to improve. After the unpleasant experience. I asked him if he would writ the number to the corporate office on my receipt. He responded over there. I ask where over there was and he just pointed. As a manager. I found that response completely unacceptable and unprofessional. He knew his behavior was poor and didn't want me to have the number. If I could give Eli a 0 I would. I was able to obtain the number and immediately called the corporate office and spoke with Johnathn the District manager and Mario the Regional manager. They both were very professional and very apologetic about the situation. They both assured me that they both would be addressing the situation. I greatly appreciate their willingness to listen and take my concerns seriously. They also let me know that every transaction inside the store was on a video and that they would be looking over the footage. I was so happy for that because they will be able to see for themselves just how Eli acted. If a manager consistently demonstrates this type of behavior, It can influence the rest of the staff and create negative environment for customers. Leadership is supposed to set an example for the rest of the team. Eli I sincerely hope this is not how you treat other customers. No customer should experience the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism that I encountered today from you. A smile, courtesy, and basic respect go a long way. Thank you, Mario (Regional manager) and Johnathan, the (District manager for taking time to listen to my concerns and for your professionalism.

  Eli was amazing. He helped me get a new battery installed. 10/10 helper.

  went there to get a new battery and asked someone to help replace it for me. person came out and put in my battery. didn’t realize until it was too late that they had put the battery in backwards which caused two fuses to blow. i notice the battery was put in backwards and told them its put in backwards. they remove it and put it in correctly. I get told it’s my terminals that are the problem. they were in fact not the problem. then had to go run around town to go get a part for something i didn’t need to replaced initially. very disappointed as i had called ahead of time to make sure there was someone there to help.

  Tracey at Auto Zone was super sweet and attentive. My battery was dead and needed a new one and she was right on it and helped me in less than 20 minutes. Thank you Tracey!
