  they just SAVED my life. i came in with a concern and they delivered !!! caleb came out in the rain to zip tie my skid plate out of the kindness of his heart !!!! i love auto zone and caleb. 5/5 stars!!!!!

  I was driving from Houston to Fredericksburg when I started hearing a noise coming from my passenger wheel. I exited in Columbus and got to the HEB parking lot. I pulled the wheel off and I noticed I was missing the bolt that holds the brake caliper to the bracket. We searched and noticed an Autozone was nearby. They had the part online and my friend called the store to verify it was available. So off I walked to Autozone. I got there, I was greeted at the door and asked if I needed help. I asked about the part we called about and they had it. I also purchased a few other items as I didn’t have any tools with me! (I do now) I got everything and was about to walk back to fix my truck when the manager insisted that I’m not walking back. You want to talk about service above and beyond? Only in a small town! I just want to say Thank You ladies for saving my memorial weekend because if it wasn’t for y’all it wouldn’t have happened! If you are in the area and need parts I would suggest you stop by Autozone for your needs!

  I recently ordered some running boards for my truck at Auto Zone. Mark found what I needed and initiated the order. Shannon completed the order and Dawson, received the order soon after and brought it to my vehicle. The running boards were in a big heavy box. He even helped me strap it down...in the rain! The order was promptly received, I was notified of the arrival and the whole process was efficiently handled. The Teamwork at this Auto Zone is great as the staff there are all friendly, helpful and got the job done as easily as it could have been. They always seem to have the answers or suggestions for any automotive problem I encounter. They will also help you with batteries and windshield wipers when those start acting up. Interesting too, they are open every day from 8 AM to 8 PM which is about the time most of my automotive problems seem to occur! This Auto Zone and the people who work there are an asset to the community! They are a great Team! OH! I love my new running boards!

  I came in during a slow time. I was welcomed upon entering and asked if they could help, directed to the product choices and told of a current promotion. All this is what you'd expect from a decent parts store. What pleasantly surprised me was they, despite the rainy weather came out and installed it. Only took them 2 minutes but it was greatly appreciated. It would have taken me 5 or more minutes given how infrequently I do it and it was a vehicle I was borrowing so I wasn't familiar with the replacement process. Great customer service. I'll definitely be back.
