  Nobody cares here! I brought my wife's car in two years ago. And she has very few miles on it since. And I brought it in cos, she heared some brakes squealing, and they told me that the rear brakes needed to be redone. They did not show me any parts, but they said that it was very close to rubbing up against the rotors. Due to my busy work schedule, I made an appointment at eight a m to make sure I got in and out as fast as possible. Three and a half hours later, they were done with the break job on the. Rear brakes, and I was the first and for the long time, the only customer in the building. Once I got my wife her car to her, she said that there was a low hum. In the rear where they replaced the brakes. So I called and asked them if I could take it back in for them to take the wheels off and check it. They blamed it on some type of wheel imbalance, something may have fallen off. One of the weights when they were changing the brakes. They didn't offer to fix it or call somebody in to help. Get it fixed and add a weight to it. And balance the tires or send me to somebody who would take care of it. They just told me about the places that would charge me minimal, and I might be able to get in and out of there in a decent time frame. I can't expect a larger company like yours to care about the individual client. But I owned restaurants for many years and understood that every client complaint needed to be handled to the top of our ability and for us to think outside the box to make things happen. Between the two visits and drive time, it was over five hours for me to get them to live up to honor their work and be honest about the conditions of the breaks as a whole. Again I guess I expect too much out of this company because it doesn't seem that they understand the least bit about customer service. And even though that it took me three and a half hours to get my brakes done. When I was the first customer in the building, and there was just the rear brakes, there is plenty of time for Jordan and James to sit in the front office area and gab about things that were not work related and fiddle around on their computer, which didn't look like work to me. I doubt this will go anywhere, but I wanted you to know that this particular location and probably most of them aren't concerned about the customer's time and money. They just wanna sell whatever they can sell. In order to make their boss happy. I would hope customer service would be one of those things that their boss looks to. But based on this particular location that doesn't seem to be the issue.

  My car wouldn’t start at the bank across the street from Brakes Plus, I thought I’d call them to see if they could help. James immediately came over with a jump box and got my car started so I drove it straight over to them and they took total care of me and got me back on the road quickly and efficiently. And Mario is a great customer service rep!

  I have had work done at brakes plus in Colleyville several times. They do their best to assure the issue is diagnosed and fixed the first time and if there is an ongoing issue they have worked with me until it was resolved. The last visit I worked James McGarvey who in working with the technician was able to identify and resolve a difficult intermittent issue.

  James and his team did a great job helping us solve problems we were having with our vehicle not passing the state inspection. No pressure, no guessing, nothing unnecessary suggested.
