The staff at this location are the most compassionate individuals I have ever encountered, in any industry. Considering the stereotypical customer service I think we are all accustomed to with regard to car maintenance, repairs, service, etc. and having worked exclusively in customer service based industries for the past 22 years, I feel confident in saying that the service, understanding, and general kindness I have received here have been above and beyond anything I have previously experienced. They also provided education about the needed repairs, and allowed me to personally see the damage to my vehicle which needed repair. That dedication to transparency and increased customer knowledge made me feel incredibly at ease with trusting them with the repair. They also offer rides to and from home to those that need that option. If I am entirely honest, I don’t intend to take my car anywhere else moving forward any time she needs maintenance/repair. Lastly, James at this location is hands down the most compassionate and communicative individual that I have met throughout all my dealings with vehicle industry professionals. I have tended to go into car maintenance/repair fairly nervous in the past, due to previous negative experiences. It’s hard to properly convey the impact he made in speaking with and interacting with me today. I will leave today with a functioning vehicle and a much lighter heart. Thank you to all the staff at this location, and to the general Brakes Plus folks for making this experience incredible. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to have car repairs completed, I truly cannot recommend these wonderful humans enough!

Went to have brakes and alignment on our Kona done a few Saturdays ago. Meant to leave a review then but we’ve had a few medical emergencies and have been in and out of the hospital since that Saturday. Just wanted to say, both James and Jerry were great and the whole process went smoothly and made what’s typically a monotonous chore, having auto work done, a very pleasant experience. Those guys are great! And the whole team too! As I mentioned, this review was for work done a few weekends ago but, as far as I’m concerned, James and Jerry can count it for whatever day does the most good for them!

My daughter's brakes were squealing, and I went with her to get the free brake check. We were anticipating maybe needing to replace some brake pads but unfortunately they found the rotors were extremely worn down and she needed a full brake job. Mario took the time to show and explain what was going on and then worked with us to help make the brake replacement as affordable as possible which we greatly appreciated.

Mario was amazing! He’s a great worker ! fast, efficient, and super friendly. He understood that I needed to be somewhere and made sure to get me in and out quickly without compromising the quality of his service. His professionalism, positive attitude, and attentiveness really stood out. Mario is definitely an asset to the team, and I highly recommend asking for him if you want excellent customer service! I’ll absolutely be coming back again!

I had a wonderful experience at Brakes Plus in Colleyville, thanks to James McGarvey! I brought my car in because a pan underneath was hanging down, and James got me right in and fixed it for me. Even more impressive, he didn’t charge me anything. James was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. It’s not every day you come across someone who is willing to take the time to help without expecting anything in return. I truly appreciate his honesty and excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back to Brakes Plus and asking for James if I need anything else done to my car. Highly recommend him! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
