  Its been over a month and I still haven't received my security deposit for the truck rental back, they’ve had me running around in circles for the last month and its impossible to get a straight answer on when i’ll be receiving it. First it was supposed to be sent back to my card and they told me that it wasn’t working and that they’d mail me a check, well its been a month and apparently the check hasn’t even been sent out yet.

  A complete waste of time. Go somewhere else. Booked online and even confirmed over the phone before coming, but was somehow still turned away. Booked a truck. Called ahead in the morning to make sure the truck was available, and I was ensured it was. I took an Uber to the Home Depot rental desk. At first they could not find the truck. Then when they found it, apparently it needs servicing and is actually not available. I counted 5 trucks sitting in the parking lot, yet, somehow, not a single one was available because apparently they overbooked. This is completely unacceptable. They wasted my time and $30 in an Uber round trip.

  We rented a Box Truck from Home Depot for hauling some construction 🚧 materials and our attending salesman was VERY professional and helpful and explained everything in specific detail . His name was Nelson and he was definitely on point about everything we asked for !!!
