  Rick Dow quoted $800 for doing a rear only brake job on my 2009 Nissan Frontier to my 21 year old college student when it could have been much less, because it really only needed pads. I called Rick and he argued with me that he was fully justified in what he did and even got mad for me questioning him. He did not offer any alternative to me which he could have. Rick told me that he was 62 years old, so he should have come up with something since they had just began the repairs and could have suggested an alternative. He stated that he did his job in quoting and explains to my son the need for a rear brake job. Rick did quote and did what he was trained to do, but did not exercise good judgement. My belief is that he would not do the same to a friend or family member. Buyer be ware and ask lots of questions when dealing with Good Year in College Station. JP

  Larry at this location was so helpful and knowledgeable. Every customer he spoke to, he was professional, succinct, and efficient. He was helpful on the phone and a person with my unique needs. The location was clean, maintained, and smelled great. It was a quick, easy, and not daunting experience due to the staff. They made a bad day better. Would 10/10 recommend this location for your car needs, big or small.

  They guys at counter helped me out very fast and were very pleasant to work with! Changed my tire valves withing 10min and helped me load them! Donavan helped me out
