  I’ve been to a ton of oil change places in several cities. When a gentleman whose name tag read Chief approached me, I didn’t know if that was his name or his title. I say that because the entire Express Oil Change and Tire Engineers operation ran like a “well oiled machine” pun intended! Chief communicated with me and his crew in a kind, courteous, and clear manner. He explained his process to me and answered any questions I had. Before i knew it, I had a cool bottle of water in my hand (offered by chiefs crew) and was on my way, oil change accomplished. I will be trusting my vehicles to Chief and his crew going forward. Great Experience!

  Went for an oil change and Chief and his team were very kind and efficient. As a young woman, I’ve had oil services and mechanics try to oversell or tell me there’s things wrong with my car that aren’t. The guys here were very straight forward and did not try to oversell any services. They got me in and out in like 15 minutes and the price was extremely fair. I will now be using them for the next 2 years while I finish my degree at TAMU due to excellent service today. EDIT/ADDITION: I noticed 2 days after having my oil changed that there were two oil spots in my driveway. I took my car back the next day and was informed it was leaking from the valve cover, and was assured that this is something that just happens with time and age of the vehicle and that it was entirely not their fault. Since they do not do any engine work I have to take it elsewhere to have it fixed. Not sure if this was just coincidental as my car is older, but I will update again once it is seen by a mechanic today and fixed.

  Super friendly(even when we showed up 10 minutes before closing).Always professional and always great customer service. We will be customers for as long as we are in the area. Chief and Maggie are amazing.

  They did fine on the oil change but 140 dollars for an oil change on a jetta is ridiculous without warning of an upcharge, and for a 10 minute oil change where they dont rotate the tires. I would suggest going to the dealership for the same price, since they will clean your floorboards and rotate your tires during the Service for this price. If you have a foreign car expect the oil to cost twice as much as it should at the very least.
