  I came in for an oil change and had such a genuinely positive experience that I wanted to make sure the staff received the recognition they deserve. Everyone I interacted with was professional, polite, courteous, and incredibly respectful of my budget. I was not pressured into purchasing additional services. Instead, they took the time to explain what my vehicle may need in the future, answered my questions, and gave me helpful information so I could make informed decisions based on what I could realistically afford. Seth was awesome and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Isaiah was also wonderful during the oil change—he took the time to show me the oil level and explain what was going on rather than just rushing me through the service. There was also a young lady working there who was extremely polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but I definitely want to acknowledge her kindness as well. What stood out most was that everyone treated me like a person rather than just another customer or another sale. They were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely courteous. I do write reviews when I have an experience worth sharing, and I especially like recognizing positive experiences. This is honestly one of the most positive reviews I've written so far this year. Thank you, Seth, Isaiah, and the rest of the team for such a great experience! Your professionalism, kindness, and consideration genuinely made a difference. I'll definitely be back. ❤️

  C’MON TEAM! If you’re going to charge $100+ for 5 quarts of oil your customers should expect excellence. I’ve been here 20+ times and today, single accident, ruined my trust in this place. Monumentally wasted my time, they forgot to put my undercarriage cover back on and flagged me down as I was headed out. Instead of popping me in or giving it to me, they had me wait behind multiple other cars in line that needed service first. Then tonight picking my wife up we hear scraping! Come to find- even after Round 2 they didn’t even properly fix their mistake. Undercarriage cover nightmare.

  Great crew. In and out within 15 minutes! They do only carry the Valvoline brand but you’re paying for great quality so it’s worth it.

  This was my first time coming here and unfortunately I was dealing with a stressful phone call as I pulled in but was able to hang up. The older man out of the group working there got frustrated with me because he apparently told me to slightly turn my wheel, which I didn’t see as I was pulling forward. They told me to pop my hood and I was so flustered after hanging up the phone, I actually could not remember where my hood release was. I completely blanked. I look up, and the guys who work there are shaking their head and looking at me like I’m stupid. The female who worked there was the only person who offered assistance. The staff here seem to get frustrated over small stuff that really isn’t that serious. They saw a customer was having a hard time, and were more concerned about making sure I knew I was being an inconvenience rather than just trying to help me. I will never go back here.
