  I came here for an oil change and told them I did not want my air filter checked when they asked because I wasn’t going to replace it there. They checked it anyway, and after putting it back, they apparently didn’t put it back together correctly. The next day my car started giving me a warning about the engine air filter, and I heard a weird whooshing sound when accelerating. I checked under the hood and found two screws just shoved in instead of screwed in, and the engine air filter system wasn’t clipped back together properly. I went in for an oil change and left with a problem I didn’t have before. Definitely not happy with the service.

  This was my first time coming here and unfortunately I was dealing with a stressful phone call as I pulled in but was able to hang up. The older man out of the group working there got frustrated with me because he apparently told me to slightly turn my wheel, which I didn’t see as I was pulling forward. They told me to pop my hood and I was so flustered after hanging up the phone, I actually could not remember where my hood release was. I completely blanked. I look up, and the guys who work there are shaking their head and looking at me like I’m stupid. The female who worked there was the only person who offered assistance. The staff here seem to get frustrated over small stuff that really isn’t that serious. They saw a customer was having a hard time, and were more concerned about making sure I knew I was being an inconvenience rather than just trying to help me. I will never go back here.

  Well, I have been going to this location for a while now and have recently noticed some changes on operations. Which has been good. Today however, was the worst experience thus far. They were the last people to change my oil in my truck and so I went back for them to change it again. Unfortunately this time I was told that my oil cap had broken, they didn’t want to make it worse, is what I was told, it’s broken off inside my engine and they are worried if they try and get it out, little pieces of plastic will fall inside and they do not want to be responsible for that but rather I fish it out/ repair it what they broke/ so if in the case those little pieces do fall inside my engine, I will be responsible for that and I would have to pay for it. See how that works. I tried to explain that I do not touch the oil cap because that’s what I pay you guys to do and so if it’s broken then I didn’t break it. Didn’t matter, as long as they didn’t have to mess with it. They told me they couldn’t change my oil until the oil cap was replaced. Great professionalism. Do worry guys. I’ll fix it, and I will stop bringing my 6 other vehicles there as well. Good looking out for your pocket. They are great until they are responsible, even though it was broken by the tech. I watched him do it. He went and got the shop manager after he realized what happened when he turned the cap to take it off and the shop manager is the one said they couldn’t do it after the damage was done. Be careful people. Integrity is hard to find, especially these days.

  Shout out to Isaiah!! Hopefully management sees this review. I come in there quite frequently and Everytime I've had an issue Isaiah was quick to jump to the problem and solve it!! I appreciate y'all's hard work 👍💪

  They don't do the job properly; my car broke down because all the oil leaked out due to a broken oil filter.
