  We had an amazing experience with the purchase of our new Tahoe, thank you to Brianna Bozhko and her team for all the help and deals they were able to work out for us, and get us into the vehicle we wanted, they went above and beyond for us. We will be recommending Martin Chevrolet GMC to anyone that is in the market for a new car, and we will be back for our next purchase thank you.

  Brought my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Also, had a chrome trim piece that I broke off of my mirror. Asked service to put it back on. Was told it was broken and could not be put back on. Brought it back home, told my boyfriend about it, he put it back on. This tells me that someone did not want to do their job. It was easier or possibly more profitable to tell me it could not be repaired and then offer to order me another $1500 - $2000 mirror. What does that tell you?

  I worked with Ty Paredes and was able to make a trade in and purchase deal almost 100% from my phone/ text while at work! I never had to even go into the dealership and they delivered the car right to me 2 hours away. Ty was professional and helpful and I love my new car! They even had a woman come drop it off to me when I was hesitant about a meet up spot with a driver. Great customer service all the way around!

  I had a wonderful car-buying experience with Brianna Bozhko at Martin Chevrolet GMC. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. Brianna was always responsive, sending timely text messages and making prompt phone calls to keep me updated. She worked extremely hard to secure the deal I wanted and was able to get me an outstanding value for my Mercedes trade-in—far better than any other dealer I contacted. One of the most impressive aspects of the experience was that we were able to negotiate, handle, and finalize the entire transaction over the phone without me ever having to visit the dealership, which was important since I live more than three hours away. Brianna even arranged for free delivery of the truck directly to my home. What truly sets her apart is her commitment to customer satisfaction. A week after delivery, she personally followed up to make sure I was enjoying the truck and to see if there was anything else I needed. Brianna provided an awesome, truly 5-star experience from start to finish. Thank you, Brianna Bozhko, for making this one of the best vehicle purchases I have ever had!

  I have bought 4 cars prior to doing business with Martin Chevy and none compare to this one. I spoke to Eddie over the phone, told him exactly what we needed and he made it happen. We did all the negotiating over the phone. We got there earlier then expected and Kathia took care of us while Eddie finished with another customer. Kathia went over everything and never made us feel pressured. The gentleman in finance was great and friendly as well! Over all every interaction we had was pleasant. We even got to take home merch. 10 out of 10 for experience and customer service. Will be coming back and recommend anyone looking for a car to shop here!
