  I dropped my vehicle off for Service, 7 days ago while I was out of town for several very small nuisance issues. Nothing big. 7 days later, nothing. It was still parked in the same spot as it was parked 7 days ago. No loaner car offer. No rental cars. Nothing! 7 days and you cant even assess the issues? I will never use Martin Chevrolet GMC again, not for service, not for parts and certainly not to purchase a vehicle. Get your shit together! You just lost a local customer.

  While in for scheduled maintenance, Jace assisted me in getting a small repair (warranty) done the same day. He kept me posted from start to finish and saved me from having to make follow up appointments for the repair. Thanks to Jace and the mechanics at the Service Department. Always top notch service.

  Edna Is The Sweetest Sales Lady.We Bought Our 2026 Chevy Trax Back In Jan.Bought Off The Show Room Floor. She Took Her Time Showing Us The Features On The Car Also Set Our Phones Up Put Our Plates On.She Is A All Around Gal.When I Get My Service Done I Walk Over To See Her.She Always Shows That Beautiful Smile And Aways Has Time To Share.As I Said One Of The Best.Edna Sell Those Chevys.Proud Of You.Ron And Glenda Walsh

  Sales woman Brianna Bozhko is fantastic! She went above and beyond to help me and my husband find our forever SUV we purchased a few weeks ago. If there was any problem she took care of it and has kept in touch with us to see how we are doing with our new purchase. We were so grateful for all the hard work she did and her team the manager came up to his and greeted us with a handshake as soon as we walked through the door .We’ve never been there and we definitely will refer Martin Chevrolet to folks that are looking for a vehicle. Matthew Owen the service advisor from the Body Shop is awesome too!

  Martin Chevrolet was the only Chevy dealership I could find with an A+ BBB rating, and my experience confirmed why. I worked with service rep Damian on an insurance claim repair for air suspension work on my daughter's Tahoe Z71, and he was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent throughout — Damian kept me updated at every step. The vehicle was ready exactly when promised, with no delays. No issues with the repair itself, and refreshingly, no attempts to upsell unnecessary work. It's rare to find a service department this straightforward and reliable.
