  We got into an accident yesterday. I scheduled this morning for pick up at 12. We had to wait for our uber so we didnt get there until 12:15. We walk in and the guy says theyre closed lol. At NOON on a SATURDAY. So why was a I able to book a vehicle online?!?! Then the guy said he texted me right after I booked it this morning. I NEVER got a text. How unprofessional they didnt have the decency to call. If they didnt have an available vehicle I shouldnt have been able to book online.

  I liked the ease of booking my reservation I like that I could always get a person on the line to speak with I liked all the courtesies especially that because I live in their 10 mile radius, a ride home was a much appreciated customer service feature I was given a warm inviting welcoming greeting the morning I picked up the rental car and treated with personal care and attention to detail and promptly moved through the intake process then shown to the vehicle and had an orientation of the Nissan’s interior and basic how to using seat adjustment, mirror adjustment, where the gas tank door opener pull was under the dash, etc. I liked driving the car which added to my enjoyable day getting around to various places on my importance list.

  I reserved a rental car through Costco for pickup at 9:00 AM today. The Enterprise location opened at 8:00 AM. When I arrived, the employee informed me that he did not have a vehicle available for my reservation, despite there being several vehicles on the lot. He stated that he had intended to call and notify me but had not gotten around to it. At the time, there were no other customers in the office. He then told me the only vehicle available was a pickup truck, but he would only rent it to me at nearly double the price of the car I had reserved. As I was leaving, he offered to reduce the truck rental price by $10, which still left it approximately $50 more than the cost of the reserved vehicle. The poor customer service was disappointing, but what was most concerning was that the employee knew my reserved vehicle was unavailable, saw my reservation, and failed to contact me before I arrived. This lack of communication and failure to honor the reservation was unacceptable.
