I went to this Ford store on Saturday, and I was honestly shocked by the level of care, professionalism, and experience I received. I’ve visited plenty of dealerships just to browse and look around, but this was my first time going through the process of purchasing my own vehicle—and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
When I arrived, I was greeted by James, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Jessica also went above and beyond to help me look at multiple vehicles, answer my questions, and let me test drive the ones I was interested in. When I finally chose my vehicle, James and Jessica worked together to make sure I understood every detail of the purchase, including the payments and everything involved in the process. They made me feel informed, comfortable, and confident in the decision I was making.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Bruce in finance. He was absolutely delightful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained the financial side of the purchase thoroughly and made sure I had all the information I needed without making the process feel overwhelming.
This was by far one of the most stress-free vehicle purchases I’ve ever experienced, and I truly believe that’s because of the hard work, patience, and dedication of the entire team. James, Jessica, and Bruce made what could have been an intimidating process feel easy and enjoyable.
I’m extremely grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend this Ford store to anyone looking for a vehicle and a team that genuinely cares about their customers. Thank you all for making my first car-buying experience such a great one!

Craig did a great job and was very helpful. Even checked on me after a few days after to see how I enjoyed the vehicle! Fair value on the trade too! Go see Craig & tell him Cody Sent you
Appointment made two weeks in advance. Vehicle held for several days with no action or follow up. Multiple promised callbacks never happened. Had to visit in person for an update. Minimal diagnostic information available. Ultimately just picked my car up and left.

I purchased a Ford truck from DeMontrond Ford and, as part of the purchase, paid for a Warranty Forever program that was included in my financing.
I want to be clear that my negative review is not directed at the quality of the maintenance or service work performed by DeMontrond Ford. My issue is with DeMontrond's decision to partner with Warranty Forever and the way the warranty requirements have been handled.
Under the warranty agreement, I am required to have all scheduled maintenance performed at a Ford dealership. Because I work all over the country, it isn't practical for me to return to DeMontrond every time my truck needs service. When using another Ford dealership, I am required to call Warranty Forever and notify them beforehand.
I have followed the required maintenance schedule and had the truck properly maintained at Ford dealerships. However, on a few occasions, I forgot to make the required phone call before the service was performed. In some cases, I called afterward or the following day.
When I eventually had a mechanical problem and attempted to use the warranty I had paid for, my claim was denied because of those missed or late phone calls.
That's where I have a serious problem with this program. The required maintenance was performed, it was performed on time, and it was performed by qualified Ford dealerships. The missed phone calls had nothing to do with the mechanical condition of the truck, did not cause the failure, and did not change the fact that the required maintenance was actually completed. Denying a warranty claim over something this technical and unrelated to the failure feels like looking for a reason not to honor a warranty rather than standing behind a product a customer paid for.
I've driven Ford trucks my entire life and have always been proud to own them. Unfortunately, experiences like this reflect on Ford as well. DeMontrond carries the Ford name, and customers reasonably associate the products and warranties sold through a Ford dealership with that name.
I would like to see Ford take a stronger interest in the third-party warranty companies its dealerships choose to partner with. Customers shouldn't pay for warranty protection only to discover when they actually need it that their claim can be denied over something as minor as the timing of a phone call—especially when every required maintenance service was properly performed and documented.
After a lifetime of driving Fords, this experience has been disappointing enough that I'm seriously considering moving to another brand, including Dodge, for my next truck.
My advice to anyone considering Warranty Forever through a dealership is simple: read every requirement extremely carefully. You can maintain your vehicle exactly as required and still find yourself without coverage because of a procedural technicality that has nothing to do with the mechanical failure.
I had a nice experience test driving a used Bronco. I explained to the salesman and manager that I wanted something newer with low mile left my name and number. Crickets, I haven't heard back from anybody. I explained I didn't need my husband to buy a car. Kinda weird a salesman not being pushy or even yrumying to sell me a car. I'll just look on my own then. So don't have confidence in this place now.
