  I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Akin. I was on my way home after a trip to Lufkin when my truck overheated. I managed to get to a truck stop in Cleveland where I left my truck overnight. It was a Sunday, I live three hours south of Cleveland and was scheduled for surgery the following Tuesday. I called Akin's Monday morning, explained my situation and they were very helpful in helping arrange a tow to their shop. They installed a new water pump at a reasonable price and because of my surgery allowed me time to recover before picking it up. Thank you Akin Auto Care for the pleasant experience.

  ​Great, quick service! The team was friendly and knowledgeable, and I loved the convenience of staying in my car. They had my oil, oil filter, and air filter changed in under 30 minutes. My only minor disappointment was that they couldn't check the transmission fluid on my 2004 vehicle because it lacks a dipstick, which they said was due to its age. Overall, everything else was fantastic—fast, efficient, and hassle-free service!

  Very quick service to to replace a tire on my van. Professional and friendly. Price was very reasonable and less than expected for a large van tire. Recommend highly and will be coming here for tire service.

  I visited on a busy day, but every employee gave me and every other customer personal attention. From check-in to verbal and text updates during service, to a detailed explanation of the work done on my vehicle, and finally check-out, everyone was thorough, quick, professional, and friendly. I'll definitely be back for servicing on my vehicles, and I'd recommend this shop if you're looking for honest, professional auto service.
