  I went to Akin Auto Care to get my timing belt and some small things fixed. The owner and all the employees were very professional and nice to me and other customers. They fixed my car and I didn't have to wait a month for it. I appreciate them very much. The owner even helped me find other things wrong that needed my attention. I'm very grateful. Good help is hard to find. He didn't over charge me either like some people do. If you be honest with your customers they will be loyal to you and keep coming and they will recommend others to come. Therefore you will stay in business and your business will grow. Great job Akin Auto Care. Yes I will keep coming and recommend others to come too. I hope he stays true to everyone.

  Went to get A/C checked out on my hybrid and had a great experience! All the staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby was stocked with water and snacks while I waited for my car to be ready. Have to give a special shoutout to Miranda and Ragi for taking care of me, my A/C is blowing even cooler than before!

  Called Akin after 2 Ford Dealerships & another local place wouldn’t make room for me & let me come in same day to get a simple & easy fix done I needed for a brake pedal arm bushing for my brake light switch replaced on the spot. I called & they let me come right in on short notice without an appointment. When I got there to the front desk to speak with the receptionist I called, there were two there who were very nice & the tech guy came out in no time & was a real nice guy & got right to the job. I really appreciated their willingness to just get to this simple job for me on the spot without the hassle. It only took about 20 minutes & really saved me a lot of potential trouble going forward.

  I had a TERRIBLE experience with this automotive shop. Our 2019 Dodge Journey was constantly overheating. I was told by the Owner as well as the Mechanic that they did a bunch of test and that I would need to replace the Radiator, the Water Pump, and the Thermostats, in addition, they did a flush. After doing all that work and charging me over $2,000, my car was still overheating. They could not explain, after doing all that work why my vehicle kept overheating. They then came to a decision that I would need to change out the catalytic converter and both oxygen sensors. That was gonna cost another $2,000+. When I first met the owner he claimed that he has qualified and experienced Mechanics. Given my experience, that would not seem to be the case, therefore, I do not recommend this Auto Shop.
