  The purpose of this review is to highlight the exceptional equipment maintenance service, parts service, and management of United Ag & Turf Cleburne, Texas. Randy Hughes and Holston Hanna, service department, have in-depth knowledge of many John Deere products. They both are professional, friendly, and offer invaluable advice. Both Randy and Holston are sensitive to the farmer’s needs and make every effort to accommodate, especially during harvest season. By way of example, two years ago, on one hay field, my rotary disc cutter threw a rock though my back glass tractor door and two rounds later threw another rock through the cab knocking out the glass in the left side door. Randy and Holston immediately ordered a replacement side door and directed me to a nearby JD dealer for the back window door—realizing my need for a quick repair. The turnaround was the next day—a true quick trip. Another service department example—two years ago, I had been experiencing repetitive driveline problems on my rotary disc cutter causing multiple changeout of both carrier bearings with much downtime. Both Randy and Holston studied my problem and developed a repair solution. I have not had a breakdown on my rotary disc cutter since. Their solution was creative, using mechanical and engineering knowledge. Over the years, both Randy and Holston have provided invaluable advice. Jesse Martinez, parts department, provides great service with in-depth knowledge in assisting customers in ordering the correct part for their equipment. Jesse is great at researching and cross-referencing hard-to-find parts. It has been my experience, Laura is an exceptional manager with great listening skills. Laura is professional and courteous in arriving at solutions to meet customers needs. I wholeheartedly recommend Cleburne United Ag & Turf for anyone’s agricultural equipment needs.

  After we got our mower fixed by United Ag & Turf we had some issues. But I do have to say the manager was nice and very helpful we where able to get the things that needed fixed.
