- MSMary SSep 11, 20262.0I was having trouble starting my car at work. A gentleman jumped my battery so that I could get to this location as my battery was under warranty. When I arrived at this location, at around 5:30 pm on 9/11/26, the gentleman behind the counter, who had no name badge on, was busy on his phone. I was waiting in line and had to clear my throat to get his attention. He had short black hair. When I told him that I needed my battery tested he sighed heavily as if I was an inconvenience to him. He could not have had the battery hooked up for more than a minute when he told me that the machine was telling him that the battery was neither bad nor good that he would have to charge it and retest it. He also said that it would take between 1 to 2 hours to charge the battery which I did not have time for because I had cold groceries in my car. I took my car home back to south fort worth. On Saturday morning 9/12/26, I took my car to an Advance Auto Parts on Hemphill Street in Fort Worth. The gentleman at this location hooked up the battery and within a couple of minutes told me that the battery was bad. He replaced it because it was under warranty and I was on my way. I am so upset that this gentleman in Cleburne let me leave the store with a bad battery because he didn't want to take the time to do his job. People with this kind of attitude should not be employed. It is not my fault that the weather has been as hot as it is and he didn't want to go outside and do what he needed to do.
