  Man awesome customer service! Came here a few times and all have been good, but BO who helped me today was AWESOME!! Bro went out of his way to be kind and supportive! Def a hug plus to my rough start to my morning. Thank y’all!

  I don't really write reviews but I had to on the employee here at the Cibolo Autozone. Jackson has offered one of the best customer experience I had in most places in a long time. Saw me standing waiting for help and asked right away if anyone already helped me. I needed a fuse for cigarette lighter for charging stuff and he knew exactly what I needed, found the fuse and even replaced it for me. Now I asked if he could change it for me, because it's hard for me to replace because I am 6'4 300lb guy in a toyota corolla( my wife's car). He did't hesitate and got on the ground and fixed in it 5 minutes. Jackson is an great employee and I will come to location everytime no matter the price as long as I get service from him. Given my brother in law owns two auto garages. One in Converse and one in San Antonio. Jackson is a valued asset to this location.

  Great customer service! Franklyn was super helpful and friendly and solved the check-engine light issue with our car in under five minutes. He went above and beyond helping to replace the gas cap and made sure to reset the check engine light. Great customer service is harder to come by nowadays and this was super refreshing.
