- OFOrozco Fam5 days ago1.0The Store is good… My Issue is with the Company placing a $226 HOLD on my account for 12+ days as of today, I have messaged customer service and have called multiple times and I still cannot get a hold of anyone, completely unacceptable.

The credit card company flagged this as fraudulent activity because PILOT tried to charge $226 for a prior authorization amount. Now the card company wants to mark my card as stolen and send me a new card, all because the management of this facility decided to do this. It doesn’t say it anywhere on the pump and no warning is given. I highly recommend you skip this gas station. My wife does say the bathrooms were clean though.
