  Loved this place! They were not only professional, knowledge, and had great customer service, but they took time to educate me about my car. I won't name names, but they made my usual oil change place, look dung. I don't know if they are a Christian Company or not, but I will say that they blessed me. In New Orleans we call the Lagniappe! Thank you Greese Monkey...I will look for one when I get back to Louisiana!

  They helped take care of me and my wife. We went in for an oil change and they helped me find a better and cheaper option because we did not need a change just yet. They were professional and treated us like family. Highly recommend them

  I’ve already recommended this Grease Monkey location to two people after my experience yesterday. I originally stopped in for a free battery test, where I learned my battery was severely low and dying, then called the dealership that installed my auxiliary battery to see if they could replace it same day. They said they could get me in if I came within the hour, but after I drove 30 minutes there, they didn’t even test either battery on the spot, told me they couldn’t fit me in until the next day and sent me away. Jim at Grease Monkey had explained earlier that my battery was in bad shape and really needed to be replaced that day, especially since my van had already struggled to start twice that morning so I drove 30 minutes back to Chandler, called Grease Monkey up, and they confirmed they had the battery and could get me in immediately. From the moment I sat down in the waiting room until they handed me my invoice and said they were pulling my van around was just 9 minutes… incredible! The battery includes a 5-year warranty. I honestly can't think of a reason to go back to the dealership again… I’ll be back here for an oil change soon. There were five guys on the floor including Jim and all of them were helpful, friendly and trustworthy. And, to top it off, they never tried to get me to buy anything extra or upsell me on any additional services and before I left, they topped off my antifreeze on the house! So a 9 minute battery change, and complimentary antifreeze. I can’t say enough.
