  This place is great. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and Gene was so helpful. They got me in quickly and discussed what may be going on with my battery. Also they have a nice clean and comfortable waiting area. I would highly recommend this Mavis location.

  Gene and the team here was extremely helpful, professional, and provided straightforward explanations. Just a couple weeks ago, we had done a full brake job with additional significant work at a local dealership, but the dealership pricing for tires was considerably higher, so we came here instead for that work. Mavis was able to get me in the door the next morning. They found an error that the dealer had made when remounting the tires for the brake job and provided me with the proof to show the dealership so that I could get the dealer to reimburse me for that cost. The dealer confirmed that what the Mavis team was saying was accurate. I really appreciate the integrity of the team here at Mavis and their help in navigating that. Their overall costs seem extremely competitive when comparing with other local tire places, and they seem to carry a large stock of tires, so they're able to do things quickly. With a couple of the other things that they were doing, including the alignment, it did take about 2.5 hours to get everything done. Overall, that was a small price (time) to pay for the quality of service, honesty, and the value. We will be returning customers.

  Walked in early this evening for a flat tire repair with no appointment. Staff was friendly and professional. Tire was fixed very quickly and I was back out and headed home in less than 15 minutes. What a great experience. It was my first time visiting a Mavis Tire shop and I’ll be coming back there for all of my tire needs.

  I called around and found not a lot of places would align my truck with a modified suspension and bigger tires. However, the guys at Mavis said they’d have no issue with it, and bring it when ready. Not only were they quick, but they were very knowledgeable, professional and had great pricing. I will be going back to them for more work in the future.

  I have always gone to Mavis. I went to the Mavis in Celina for the first time after needing a tire repair and leaving my vehicle there over night. I also needed an alignment. The store manager, Gene, was great. He updated me a few times in the day about my vehicle status. The overall service was excellent with a very good price. The communications as mentioned was excellent. Gene took the time to show me some little informational things on the alignment that I had never been shown before and he is obviously really knowledgeable. Another non-Mavis mechanic shop told me I could use a shock replacement but Gene explained why i did not, which did help save a lot of money.
