  Stopped by to have my brakes checked. Everything was okay for another year. My brakes scored a 5. Mike was very helpful in explaining the services offered at their store. I will be back whenever I need repairs.

  I'd previously left 5 stars for this location last year but I can't seem to find it (to edit). I have to revise my rating because this time I had several issues. One, scheduling an appointment online is useless - when I went in I was told the wait time was 2hrs+ long (for an oil change and annual inspection) So I booked another appt in-person. When I went this time, the technician for annual inspection was absent. Third time, I called and walked-in. At the desk I said there was a mild tire wobble and requested if he could take a look. He said "We don't look at tires". What? What if it wasn't the tires - it could have been suspension or alignment or warped rotors or something else a layman like me would not know, right? Took about 40min before they picked up my car. This person came back to up-sell me on an expensive battery replacement as well as brake fluid replacement. When I politely refused, he crumpled up the battery information receipt-paper in front of me and walked away without a word. Overall, I felt like maybe he didn't want to deal with people of my kind because he was far more jovial and polite with people of his kind. All in all, came out pretty dissatisfied with the experience. I like the staff they had last year - very helpful.

  I have gone here for alignment, oil change, and rear shocks, and these guys are awesome and very polite. I am going back very soon to get my front struts and control arms replaced while it is a tad pricy I understand, especially with the lifetime warranty. And I don’t know the name of their technician, but he is a great guy and gets things done well, and efficiently.

  I recently had my car serviced at Brakes Plus and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Bryant Dutton and his staff were incredibly honest and transparent throughout the entire process, never trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Bryant even took the time to walk me around my car to personally show me the findings, which I really appreciated. The team’s professionalism and attention to detail gave me total confidence in the work being done. I’ll definitely be returning to this location for all my future car maintenance needs and highly recommend Bryant and his crew to anyone looking for trustworthy service.

  Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and neat and has AC. It's quiet and not hectic at all, at least not when I was there yesterday. The Technician took the time to show me the different issues and answer all my questions, without time pressure, I really liked it. Overall I felt the prices are fair, not that I have much to compare with.
