First of all, this review is less about the actual repair and more about how customers are treated. To be fair, they did complete the brake job, they got me in quickly, and the work itself was done fast.
The problem started afterward. The brakes were squealing, so I reached out about the issue. Instead of simply helping me, I got an 8:00 AM phone call from Josh on a Monday morning talking crazy, asking smart, rhetorical questions, and acting confrontational from the jump. If you’re calling a customer, maybe start by trying to solve the problem instead of trying to win an argument.
The funny part is, once I matched his energy, suddenly he couldn’t handle it. If your ego is that fragile, maybe don’t speak to customers disrespectfully in the first place. You’re at work. Act like it.
Nobody is asking for special treatment. If your work has an issue, stand behind it, warranty it, and fix it. That’s what professional shops do. Trying to outsass a customer when you’re old enough to know better is childish and embarrassing.
So yes, they’ll probably do the work. But if you value being treated with respect after you’ve paid your money, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Customer service matters just as much as turning a wrench, and this place clearly hasn’t figured that out. Or maybe JOSH hasn’t.
