  Had my oil changed and had them check my brakes. Very clear and honest. They actually told me to go get my brakes done where I had them previously because there may be a warranty. I will definitely use this place again. Manager was very friendly.

  Took my Odyssey to the Kwik Kar on Lakeline for a repair and had a really good experience. The price was reasonable, they got it done faster than I expected, and the people were super pleasant to deal with too. No complaints at all, I'd take my car back there in a heartbeat.

  I now live in Dallas but travel back to Austin weekly and continue to get my oil changed at this location! I’ve been going to them for about two years now and consistently have bad luck with any other company, however Kwik Kar, especially this location, is always fast, reliable, trustworthy, and kind! Thank you all for your consistency!!

  I had a great experience at Kwik Kar and highly recommend them. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Chad at the front desk really stood out—he was friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was how proactive he was with communication. He stayed in touch with both me and CarMax to make sure my MaxCare plan was handled properly, which made everything smooth and stress-free on my end. It’s not often you find that level of attention and care. If you’re looking for a place that values customer service and clear communication, Kwik Kar is definitely the spot.

  David is absolutely fantastic. As a single woman living in Austin I’m always apprehensive when trying out a new shop for any kind of service due to most places trying to sell me services that I don’t need. David went out of his way to explain the oil that was needed and the advantages of using the correct product for proper car performance. I will definitely only be using this location for all my car maintenance needs in the future. Thank you for the stress free and informative experience David!
