  Fast and friendly service. David explained the problems with my car and was able to get the parts in a timely manner. Paul gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was ready.

  Came for state inspection on a walk in basis. Was in & out in about 10 mins. Waited comfortably inside a large waiting room with cold, complimentary water. There was also a nice outdoor sitting area under a roof. From the time I walked in, to the time I walked out, there was friendly, professional, and efficient service. The signs outside were very clear & highly visible, so there was no confusion where you should put your car. I highly recommend this excellent establishment for future state inspections.

  David & Chad were SO helpful!! David explained what was wrong in an approachable way I could understand. He then helped me categorize by level of need what I truly needed to spend $ on and what I could do later based on my budget. Chad was a wiz working on my car and my spark plugs are solid now! This place rocks and if you’re looking for a friendly car fix - this is the #1 place I’d recommend in Cedar Park!

  I am absolutely shaken by the way I was treated at this shop. I came in solely for a state vehicle inspection to renew my registration, but it turned into a nightmare of harassment and deception. The staff clearly targeted me because English is not my first language. They aggressively pressured me into unnecessary repairs, claiming I needed a new cabin air filter, an engine air filter, an oil change, and a host of other services. This was a blatant scam, as my husband had just performed a full service on the car only 50 miles ago. I felt completely cornered. Even after my husband called the shop personally to clarify that we only authorized the inspection for registration, they ignored him and continued to intimidate me. I was so distressed by their predatory tactics that I was left in tears. To top it all off, as I was finally leaving, a mechanic had the audacity to insult me, saying, 'You have a lousy car.' This business lacks any ethics. They use the mandatory inspection process to exploit people they perceive as vulnerable. STAY AWAY if you value your money and your dignity. We will be taking this matter further."

  I am beyond outraged by the treatment my wife received at this establishment. She came in solely for a routine vehicle inspection, but what followed was a nightmare of deception and harassment. Taking advantage of the fact that my wife is not a native English speaker, the staff relentlessly pressured her into unnecessary repairs. They insisted on an oil filter change and a "host of other services," despite the fact that I had personally performed a full service on the vehicle just 50 miles ago. Even after I called the shop personally to clarify that we only authorized an inspection, they ignored me and continued to intimidate my wife. Their predatory tactics left her in tears and under extreme distress. To top it all off, as she was finally leaving, a mechanic had the audacity to approach her and say, "You have a lousy car." This isn't just bad service; it’s a total lack of ethics and basic human decency. They target people they perceive as vulnerable and use fear to pad their invoices. If you value your money and your sanity, STAY AWAY from this place. We will be taking this matter further.
